I started a few days ago
1g of cypionate
500mg enanthate
100mg of propionate ED for first 14 days
100mg of suspension preworkout
50mcg IGF preworkout
8 iu insulin post workout
AquaBurn pre workout
Yesterday was my first day training and I felt incredibly strong and pumped. I did the IGF and Suspension in my pecs.
Today... my god my pecs are sore and swollen from the suspension!! That shit hurts!! My chest looks full as hell though!!
Weight was 246.
 
Just curious- what is the rationale for the suspension in your mix?- are you a strongman competitor?

No, its just one of the things I had laying around. I was always curious as to the pre workout strength it is supposed to give so I'm giving it a try.
I may add in an anabolic like winstrol or anavar, but once I'm done front loading I will only be doing 1.5 g of test a week along with 100mg of suspension EOD.
 
Lol, it was just laying around, eh? Damn, that is a lot of test--should work very well. I would love to do a cycle like that.
 
I hope the suspension gets easier.... I'm sore as hell from it!! I'm wondering if the sudden big spike in test could have something to do with me feeling like shit today. I had a tough workout yesterday, but I feel sick.

The crash from a spike in test sucks big ones- I have used suspension and TNE as a pre workout and while you feel awesome while it is in your system, when you come off the crash is not pretty...
 
The purpose of a many ester blend like that is to over course of time build up large amounts of Test in mg's in your system.. people who stick to the pansy idea of 500-750mgs of Test is plenty.. aren't going to be the ones going PRO. To get big, you have to dose BIG.. plain and simple.. and people can dispute this. I have my own opinion and this is it. Steroids are an experience.. There is no friggen steroid HAVE TO DO THIS BOOK.. people who flame or are shocked by Cycles really just are scared of steroids, because of the unknown.. well steroids are 100% safe.. for sure.. I LOVE THE DUDE'S PROPOSED ROUTINE.. I do similar cycles.. except I use a multi-blend (Sust)- and longer ester (single-enan or cyp) and Prop(for the short ester variation) .. ever since I adapted this theory, I have been a lot more productive in smashing my plateaus and breaking PB's...

I in fact think THE DUDE's CYCLE is very well planned out and I think he is going to love it immensely.. he should see some ridiculously awesome gains if his diet and training are right...

Now, if this was his first or second cycle.. yah a bit over the top but at his weight.. NAH.. No way.. I am sure he knows what he is doing.. PLUS.. it's only TEST and TEST in just a higher dose.. that's all nothing horrendous.

If cycles like this freak you out.. hahahaha.. You don't even wanna KNOW what mine consist of...

Oh and guys.. don't get it confused.. cypionate and Enanthate are SIMILAR.. but definitely NOT the same, so he did good on choosing to dose it like he is... Ha.. really the only difference in my cycle (for the test aspect.. not including the other oils.. is I would sub out the gram of cyp for a gram of a SUST BLEND... Approx. 975mgs EW of a Blend + 500mg Enan per week + 100mgs ED of Prop..but I run that straight through...)

I'm going to have to reveal the idea sometime of mega-dosing protocols, a very large friend of mine introduced me to this... and hahaha.. by large.. 6'4" 340lbs Large ... Think Michael Clarke Duncan in Green Mile.. only not black... Yah.. that BIG.

I like the only 1.5 grams comment. I am contemplating going over 800mgs and I weigh about 240 right now at 6'1". Im around 15 bf however.
 
The Duece hit the nail on the head. That is the plan with the different esters. I want to spike my levels preworkout so that I can really go all out. I've heard time and again that these monstrous guys use low doses, but what I see them using and buying is 10X what they say they use. Even if it is the truth, I need a higher dose. I go to the Dr's once a month to get things checked so I'm taking all the precautions. I've never felt this "big" and my appetite is insatiable. I am eating what some consider a meal every 45 minutes or as close as possible. Adding digestive enzymes today. I took some advil and took a nap yesterday and felt much better, but my pecs are still sore from the suspension. I guess I'll do biceps today. Cypionate in my glutes and propionate in my shoulders. IGF in calves.
I really don't think this is that high....
I've got a ton of dyazide on hand in case BP gets a little high.

Bro, nothing is too high.. trust me, YOU WILL BE MORE THAN FINE AT THAT DOSE.. Hell you could effectively Quadruple it and not even come close to the dosages SOME humans use and end up just fine.. I just makes me all wonder why people think something is too high. Where did they get their information from? Seeings how there is no DEFINITIVE PROOF THAT ANY AMOUNT OF EXOGENOUS TEST IS DANGEROUS.. Quite thee contrary .. If you have LOW TEST you will suffer a lot more ill side effects that can potentially be life threatening..

I just don't understand where people pick up on what is too much. There isn't any thing as TOO MUCH. Point blank. There's only TOO MUCH if AAS scare you.. or you FEAR them.. because face it.. people FEAR the unknown..

But of course.. it's a NOR'EASTER right now, and I can't make it to the damned grocery store.. LOL.. I need Food !! Well I got some.. but.. I need more.. and I am running ZERO POWEDERED PROTEIN.. This diet is going to consist of REAL FOOD.. for at least the first 4 weeks !! I just want to test a theory... eat the same amount of calories and macros and log gains for 4 weeks.. then do the same but sub in protein powder to see if the gains in my body fluctuate at all. and what the difference is...

Anyways... haha sorry.. I am like hijacking your thread bro...

Realistically it is a pretty high dose for the majority of bodybuilders. For the elite an upper levels no its not that high but no one said too much or questioned his health about the dose.

Im very interested in seeing your results from that test on the whole foods vs powdered though you gonna start a thread on that? I cant wait to read on that as ive been wondering this and have heard many different results from it over the years it will be great to know first hand what the results were.

Because I don't have access to american pharmaceutical grade pre blends and I like having total control. I'm just using what I've got.
On another note what is the deal with the gym closing at 5 today and tomorrow??!! Screw the drunk parties, I need to train! I got to train 1 day, now 3 days off! I'm seriously pissed. I was going to ask Mike for the keys, but he was gone.

My bad, I miss interpreted the meaning of "WHOA THAT'S A LOT OF TEST " AS that's too much.. it's usually what people are insinuating when making such statements.. LOL.. I get carried away sometimes, plus I forget where I am at at times.. I deal with a lot of boards remember.. and where a lot of people have absolutely NO CLUE about AAS and I didn't mean to classify you guys into that category... Like I SAID.. Lol.. My Bad.. sorry bros...

Yeah I am going to be doing a log w/o pics for the first 8 weeks... then upon conclusion.. I am going to side by side them all.. START -- 4 WEEKS WHOLE FOODS -- 4 WEEKS INCLUDING PROTEIN POWDER.. So everyone will be able to make comparisons.. but along the journey I am going to post how I am feeling energy levels, workout problems or pluses, things like that.. Then at the end summary I will determine how I will run the next year of my BULKING and if I made far superior gains, and felt a lot better on WHOLE FOOD, I will construct my diet around that, and vice versa, if I am doing better implementing the protein supplement, I will continue that route. I have a goal to reach.. So I must choose the best avenue.. and sometimes the best way to tell is to do a self-experiment. :D

Cant wait for your log man really im excited to see this comparison done. Ive read some people love whole foods and other people never saw a difference so this really interests me and makes me wanna do the same thing starting in february. Good luck man.

Today was only my second day training b/c of the stupid holiday schedule. Beat all my previous bests. That suspension is no joke pre workout! Weight is up to 249. At the risk of sounding overconfident, even though I was doing legs I still wore a tank top and Damn!! I look big, thick, and way more seperated than I expected!!
