does time of day affect your workout. It didn't seem to before but I worked
out this morning - I usually work out at night during the week or late afternoons on the weekends. Got there when Gym opened. Dam, everything
was heavy and I needed a little longer between sets (still doing DC) to
get the reps/weight I wanted. I had two days off so I was rested. Usually
I'll come in strong after a day or two off. All I can think of is it was the
time of day. Does this affect anyone else??
