Time spent on = time spent off?

I've been reading on other forums that "time spent on = time spent off" seems to be what most people follow.

What's your take on this?

I know there are people who stay on for months on end, I doubt they will be taking that same amount of time off.

ppl that stay months on end? lol try years. Id say if ur a reg person that does 1 or 2 cyc u should take like 2 months off minimum up to 4 max if u wanna stay around where u r. Generally 2 months is what id go by.

Me personally. I like to go off for a good 4 months no matter what.
