you kats need to get out of bed at 4:00a.m. be in the gym by 5 if they are not open at 5 then look for another gym. Its the best time to strength up, and since a bunch of punks won't be there you can focus more. I love to be the only one in a gym. Press you prob got a key to get in when you want. The new sleeping pills work awesome for most controlling your rest times. Hell even the animals in the woods are working in the dark when its hot. Just my 2 cents but we contractors know how to beat the heat. I worked 10 hrs. today in the sun, a humid 97 degrees, wearing a rainsuit all day, you won't find me in the gym when I get off work, I'm weak right now. I'm just writing this hoping someone will get used to the early bird special, it works. Peace
