Er, I was going to say, "That's it?" First, look at what you are eating and count the calories. Second, count the grams of protein you are getting. If you aren't getting around at least 3,000-3,500 calories and the number of grams of protein of the weight you want to be (i.e. if you want to weigh 195, then you need to take in 195gm of protein every day), then you need to add it in, simple as that. We can't count the calories or protein for you, you'll have to do that yourself.
Looking at what you ate: When you say something like "spicy tuna roll," I only get the picture of one small piece of sushi--not a lot of info there. Btw, white rice from sushi will expand in your stomach and make you feel full pretty quickly--not the best food to eat in large quantities if you are trying to bulk/grow. And "Special K with 4 egg whites one yolk????" Sounds like you're trying to lose weight, not gain it. Try four packets of Quaker instant oatmeal. That'll give you around 600 calories right there. Eat all the yolks of the eggs if you're going to eat eggs. Cholesterol isn't bad for you, and eggs actually don't have much cholesterol, don't know why you are avoiding yolks. A protein shake, peanut butter, and banana is good for in between meals, but it shouldn't be a meal by itself.
