i read every now and again about people training twice a day and tomorrow i think im going to start it. my ? is training hard twice a day using different muscles smart i mean like legs in the morn like 9am for 1hr and then back at like 4pm for an hour. if i have enough sleep, and really watch my diet, everything should be fine right. the main reason im doing this is to increase my strength and cut more fat. oh yeah and 30 min of cardio after each liftin session. i really would appreciate anyone thoughts on this. thanx again.i love this place.
