I am at the beach for the weekend and I don't have access to a computer so I decided just to do some running and plyometrics while I'm here for a couple days. Lots of pullups and pushups already done this morning out on the beach. Gotta love the looks you get when you are trying to take care of yourself

I woke up and ran yesterday morning right beside the water and I swear my fucking legs hurt all day from how hard that surface is...It's gotta be close to as hard as blacktop and you're running barefoot too. I ran in the loose sand Saturday morning and felt like an idiot because I couldn't go fast and was all over the palce, but I got a hell of a workout from that

I gotta do my part as a Site Rep lol....It was a much needed trip. I love going up on Friday morning and coming back on Sunday. I miss no work and I get away. This is the 3rd trip I've made like this now and I must say that it's perfect for me. It's a 6 hour drive to the beach so it's not TOO far, but the 2 days is long enough to relax and enjoy the beach and short enough to keep me from not wanting to come back

That sounds awesome, I haven't been to the beach in two years since I was working in Galveston. I used to hate the beach til then I learned to body surf and that changed everything lol. Being land locked sucks.

I never experienced Training on the beach but I think It is good concept and I shall try these
exercise on the beach. In my opinion running in the sand of the beach is best part of training.

There's always a way to train, I take stretch bands with me too so I can always get something in even if it's not a major workout
