Training on Thanksgiving...

I love my gym!! Because there's so many guys in there training for specific events whether it be powerlifting, bodybuilding, or any number of things, the gym is always open on holidays. It's only open from 8-noon, but it still allows us to train whenever we need to. I love the fact that I don't ever have to miss a day of training. I guess that's a big perk to having a locally owned personal gym instead of a huge chain gym

You guys are lucky. The crappy gym I'm at was closed both Thursday AND Friday.

I actully trained twice on thursday....hams in the morning and delts that evening
