has been crazy sensitive on and off the past few weeks even though im doing light weight burn outs...... wtf I figured getting off the heavy weight that it would not be sensitive...
Yesterdays bicep burn outs were great after the 2nd exercise my forearms were so tight they felt like an unopened soda bottle (like a 2 liter) my skin felt so damn tight and I couldnt bend my arms all the way, the weird thing is, I kept going and going and going with more and more shit and by the end I was completely loosened up it was great

the nerves could still be trying to regrow???
also, by lowering the weight you have probably upped the reps to reach failure-best thing to do but at the same time by doing more reps you are using the joint more

Advil, icy hot, and IGF aside from that give it time to heal all the way

easier said than done-long frustrating process

Is it the tendon for sure or could it be the nerve? The ulnar nerve I believe it is could be under tension from the muscle getting bigger

if it keeps up start icing it in the evenings and try 800mgs ibuprofen. If the advil doesnt help go w/ naproxen. if its your nerve you would likely feel numbness/tingling somewhere below your elbow...similar to carpal tunnel syndrome.
it can happen, and typically leads to an ulnar nerve decompression (usually done as an outpatient surgery).

true thanks guys I think its the tricep tendon bc it hurts right where the point of attatchment is but could be nerves too I suppose
