damn..lookin good bro...many people over look diet and to those that have a slower metabolism ...they over look nutrition on some part ....this is the first 13 months that u have worked out??or you have worked out prior to this but taken some time off??
Did lift for 5 yrs 1982-1987, competed in a local BB competition in 1986, took 5th. All natural then too. But, in 87 went to powerlifting, ripped my right pec doing a heavy bench and never went back till now. Was just getting too fat!!!
