I dont really worry about this to much to be honest. Some are simple and some are complex.
 
malto only. what dose are you guys using. For smaller muscles Im doing about 40gms and larger muscles are 60gms. My body is sensitive to carbs so I try not to let it spill, i only want to refill the muscles and liver. How about you guys???
