What kind of weight do you guys work with in general for this exercise?? I used to do alot of rep work, but I find that for me heavy weight on these translates to more weight lifted on a clean and press....

Anyone here do these regularly??
 
i hit this excercise with 155lbs wide grip, slow and high. itss one of the best excercises for shoulders imo
 
I use a wide grip and bring the bar up until my elbows are parallel with my shoulders. I get up to 225lbs 10 - 12 reps.
 
I do them every week.. I like doing them on cables and on SM.. Get a good pump !!!
 
they mess with old injuries in my bicep tendon, so I dont really do em, which sucks. Good seeing ya around bro!!
