I need some help, two years ago I was diagnosed with lupus, I had to stop using gear and do treatment blah, blah, blah. It is now in remission and I'm starting back in the gym and starting gear again f....... the what the doc says. Anyways I'm on a low dose of prednisone (20 mgs) and I'm wondering about mixing gear with it, is there any cancelation or altering of either drug, I'm a nurse in the Operating Room, and I asked surgeons, anesthesiologist, and pharmasist. All state don't Even though they all know I use. I've exhausted my info that I'm avaible to, so I hope some one has some pharm or medical background or personal experience. Any help would be great.

There isn't any real problem with it, but with lupus, it's a different story.. AAS may actually alter your lupus though, due to it skewing your immune system to favor humoral immunity (type 2 immune responses). Potential there to bring lupus out of remission, but I've got no study to back that up, since that kind of study would be so obscure it's not worth anyone doing it.
Using a corticosteroid with AAS will just leave you with slightly less of a net anabolic effect.

have you tried toleragen therapy for your lupus. You may also look into things like CTLA-4 IG or CD40L antibody therapy in case it does flare up again.
