so i did some bad math, and was taking 120-160 mcgs of igf 4 days a week post workout....most of the time between 120-140... but sometimes 160... i would take it post workout with about 100grams of a split between dextrose and maltodextrin...i didnt experience any sides just really tired somtimes...and blood in my stool a bunch of times (not always).. i was taking this digestion cleanse thing and excess fiber on top of my veges intake i though that was causing the blood....its been like 30 complete days of doing 2 on 1 day off 2 on 2 days off workouts with the igf application on post workout on workout days..if i divide the total amount i did by the amount of time i been on, including days where ive not taken it it works out to about 60mcg per day....... i am getting great results like a pound a week...should i take some time off and let my insides recover? should i back down to 60mcg daily to keep on the same amount of igf1 per week? i dont want intestinal growth!!!... but i would of course like to do the complete 50 days like i originally planned..anyones advice would be great! thanks in advance
