i used to always have eggs and oats , but for the past couple months ive been having 60 grams of whey and oats along side with some quick digesting sugars (apple sauce, fruit, syrup)
I've been eating about 1.5-2 cups of oatmeal. Mainly because I am working from 3:45-9am and come home to reload before going back to work for another 4-6 hours in the afternoon so I need the carbs to keep me going then try to eat some proteins for lunch and have plenty of protein rich snaks (beef jerkey mainly) or some protein shakes. It's rough right now with Christmas because we're busy as fuck at work, but once it slows back down, I'll be able to get back to a normal schedule
2 Whole eggs, a bagel, 6 pieces of turkey sausage, 8 pieces of turkey bacon and a slice of muenster cheese. About an hour later I have 1 cup of cottage cheese and 1 cup of Greek yogurt
Lately it's been two whole wheat bagels with 4 tbsp of fat free cream cheese (16 grams of protein) and some fruit....than about an hour later a protein bar like supreme protein bar or oh yeah (big bar..400 cals or so)
