I'm trying to break this plateau and get my BF in the single digits. So in general, what is the best last meal to eat before BED.

Choice 1: 85% lean turkey with potatoes (more meat than potatoes)
Choice 2: 2 scoops muscle milk in water (how quick will this digest?)

I guess i'm looking for something to hold me ion the morning, I would be eating this at like 10pm before bed.

none i would not eat any carbs riht before bed unless maybe a sweat potato and would take out the turkey and go with a boneless chicken breast or fish.something not high in fat, and that even depends on what the rest of the diet looks like and for choice number 2 i think muscle milk has to much fat in it for me, and as for digesting dont know liquids tend to digest faster than solid foods, but that realy depends on you. we are not all the same my food may digest quicker than others or it may not depends on the peron. what are your stats and bf% right now? what is your diet look like?

If I had to pick one or the other, I'd go with the turkey and ditch the potatoes. The muscle milk has a slower digesting protein blend than whey isolate, but you shouldn't need those carbs before bed. I usually go with a slower digesting protein or eggs.

Muscle milk only has 16g of carbs. thats nothing right?

I forgot to add in my workouts tend to be late at night, so I take an optimum whey shake about 30 min after, but I really need to eat something an hour or 2 after that. Shouldnt I be replendishing some glycogen i burned?

After an hour of work out and 30-45 min of cardio, so then I should just an optimum whey shake and then a chicken breast?

no you should have whey isolates and waxy maize PWO. no matter what time it is. then your last meal should be lean pro, even lean red meat and greens of some sort.

I take optimum whey PWO which has whey isolates in them. So im good in that field i guess. Well I just got my IGF and starting that today for a month, so Ill try to cut out the late night food and see where im at in a month. Hopefully LEANER and MEANER!
