Post your current or upcoming cutting cycle for the summer. Mine will be prop,tren,winny,clen/eca/and slin in the beggining to lose fat. I think I can get down to about 4-5% bf but I am currently 9% @220, 5'11". Let's keep this shit rollin!
Tuna, rice and eggs mixed together 4 times a day with 2-3 protien shakes in between. I've lost 7lbs in 8 days (mostly water I'm sure cause its fuckin hot here) and my serratus and abs are starting to show. Not on anything currently, hoping I'll get my winny soon.
