Personally, when i'm on a cutting routine there is only ONE thing I do for cardio.. as I HATE cardio to begin with...
I walk at 6% incline at the fastest speed I can walk before it turns into a job... (i.e. 4.6 MPH), hold onto the display of the treadmill.... for 25 minutes TOPS.. and that includes cooldown... .... 4 days a week to lose a little weight, after every workout (i.e. 6-7 days a week) for max fat loss and minimul muscle loss.... just enough cardio to induce fat loss w/o causing your cardio to turn into a heart workout and changing your pace...
IMHO that's all you need.... cardio wise... everything else is seriously.. DIET DIET DIET.. and of course supps...
