I agree. I didn't use a whole lot of weight (135 lbs) because I needed to get used to the movement, but man, even that really pumped up my triceps.
 
405 for 12 reps bst ever on close grips 315 is butter like the doctremblay up there, I also dont come down all the way my friggin wrists would snap off, alot of the guys in my gym throw this weight around and more, but theres no need to do more the 300lbs for reps to grow, we just have contests every now and again on saturdays to see who can do what the most times,lmao, thats why i know my close grip best

I truly believe that. I intend to go heavier next time. It is just that it was the first time I've done close grips on a decline bench--it's a little different.
