who here trains with a partner?

I have 3 training partners. One of them is my girl, and she is great and I have two others. Maybe about 2 times out of the week we all train together but I atleast have 1 or 2 of them to train with everyday. We all work well together, as we all compete.
 
I use to always train alone for the longest time, but i prefer to have a partner, and my wife is generaly my partner and a good one as she hits the weights hard unlike most women which i Love! I do however have to refrain from going super heavy with her as a spotter but im not one to lift super heavy anyhow other then every once in a while
 
I train with a partner. It is good to have a spotter and someone to push you. He's not quite as serious about diet and everything as me but he gives 110% in the gym and he's there everyday. That's really all I can ask for.

well not realy, you can also ask that they be on fucking time when they are to meet you to train at a specific time,lmao, I use to hate waiting on guys to train together and they were late and no call or nothing, that shit use to burn me up, so i would start without them and then they would get mad at me, but i have a certain window of time i must train in from the time i last ate til my carbs kicking in as well as my e.c.a stack kicking in and if i wait to long i lose my UMMMPPFFFF

I train with my g/f and she is an awesome partner. Always on time, keeps me from going too heavy, and trains very seriously. I don't ever need a person to lift weight off of me so she she is able to do 100% of what I need. I also like to think I'm impressing her.

lmao, been with my wife ten years and i like to think Im impressing her to every workout,lol, but i highly doubt it, Im just the guy who farts in bed and scratched his nuts on the couch every night,lol
 
I love training with the wife..but our schedule doesnt allow it to happen very often right now..Most times Im going at it alone...

i usually train alone, but i met this guy jon from another guy and hes with me 5 days a week anytime i need him... awesome training partner. and my friend tommy is also back in the mix so with 3 people our rest time is perfect in between sets and when spotting we take turns.
 
i was only joking jon, i couldnt hang, ill admit it. Im used to my little 25 min workout, anything more id die.

I used to train with a partner, 2 actually, but thats when i wasnt working 2 jobs and could be in the gym for 2hrs.
 
I had a training partner for a while, but he would be gone for a couple of months at a time to do business down in Mexico. The last time however, he caught hep B while he was down there. He passed away in a hospital down there last December. It was scary when I heard how fast it went because he was a big guy, probably about 220 at 5' 8", built like an ox, but he was gone in hours within catching it. So now I'm back to training by myself again. I wish I had a good partner again because we would push each other, and so we made really good gains.
 
I used to train with CH3NO2, but he moved away and switched gyms... so now I hit it alone. I mean my wife is there, but all 105lbs of her can't move the weight I try to push when I go heavy, if I get stuck. She hates the gym, but figures that if she wants to see me for more than dinner, sex, and sleep, that she'd start going with me. At least then she'd get to see me for a couple of hours where we can actually converse and do something other than eat or have sex. lol.
One of my former employees and a long time friend has started working out this week with me. I'm hurting him bad, though. lol
