who keeps a workout log?

I have never used one but everyone at my gym seems to carry one around. I just don't like carrying anything around that I don't need such a pencil, notebook, cell phone, ipod or ipad, towels, and all that other shit people bring with them, I just don't get it.

I do let me explain it...

PEN AND NOTEBOOK-to keep a log and keep challenging yourself
CELLPHONE- to get on facebook and tell people that your at the gym:cry:
IPOD- so I can listen to Slayer and not have to hear dumbass shit the other members are talking about
TOWELS-I carry a full size bath towel and drape it over the equipment I'm going to use, gyms are nasty...how many times have you seen a fat slob walk away from a machine and leave a puddle of sweat on it
 
i jot down my max for everything. no need to count reps if all u need to do is beat the max. i used to log everything, mood, sleep, ect, but relized it dosent matter in the long run, just try to beat the max. if i fail ill do drop sets and get it next time
 
i dont cause im already in the gym 2 hrs most days and on the weekends even longer, if i stopped to jot every thing down id basically be living at the gym.
 
Yeah, it's not too bad when you just have to move the pin, but on the Hammer Strength machines where you have to get back up and find more weights to add, it becomes a pain.

It becomes a pain? Now you're just being lazy... LoL, come on man, we're bodybuilders, we can't be lazy lol...I'm just fucking with you
