Damn dude 40lbs of water jk I saw the post..sometimes I think the judging at comps is a crock of shit. For example I went to a supernatural last year (just to watch) and a couple of my buds were in it, well the guys that won happened to be the owners of 2 of the major sponsors, dont get me wrong they looked good but they didnt deserver to win there were better. So moral of the story is phuck the judges sometimes....

That is my goal too man....leave no doubt in there mind, be so damn wide when you do a lat spread the mofo behind you cant be seen and the guy that steps in front of you looks like he has 2 sets of lats b/c yours are so damn big they are wider than him times 12!!!
