would site injections of gh help get rid of gyno

I've have had gyno for years from high mg of anadrol and tren a. Among others. And gh helps get rid of bf. So do u think if shot my pecs. On and around that area it would go completely away?

depending on how severe it is, i know you can decrease the size, but surgery is the only way i think to totaly eliminate the problem.
