Zeus 11 weeks out, new video

Damn Zeus, looks like your about 18 weeks out, good luck! lol, Just kidding! You look pretty good bro, 11 weeks should be NO problem!

I have'nt been on a while so I have'nt seen you. You've definitely gotten thicker and fuller. You're looking damn good for 11 weeks out! Keep it bro!!!

Keep the videos coming too!

Looking forward to competeing with you

Looking forward to it also. This video was ok. Was a little bloated for some godamn reason. I started cardio this week and I'm def starting to tightn up. Havent had one cheat meal at all! I'm taking this show very serious. I havent been this focused for anything like I am for this show. I garuntee that I will be the absolute best I can be. I know I may come off as cocky sometimes, but that is just not the case. I am very confident in my abilities and know that BB is my calling. I will be on a national level stage one day. Chris has been the best trainer anyone could ever have. With him and my family in my corner the sky is the limit....

We did another video with chris doing an interview with me. Turned out really fckn good. Hope either chris or someone can get it up so you all can get a taste of my greatness, LMFAO!!!!! Just fckn with you. But it really is a good video....

So I'm def starting to hit my grove. Everyone was telling me how much leaner I'm looking. Cardio has really made a diff big time. Abbs are coming in nicely and striations are really starting to pop. These next update pics will def show how serious I am. Sticking to the plan Chris has laid out to a tee. Its weird, but for some reason I keep getting stronger. I leg pressed 20 plates for 20 reps on leg day this week. Light weight!!!!

Most bodybuilders do come off as cocky, but there's a fine line between cockiness and confidence and anyone that's been around knows that you're not cocky at all. You have to believe in yourself in this sport and you've always had your head in the right place

He'll yea zues look good and thick bro, you'll look like a whole different animal than your last show.

If I can pick at just one thing from that video, I would say you need better ab development. Im just not seeing the muscle there that I would like to see at this point. Would you share what you do for abs, and do you train them in the off season? Just trying to help bro.

No offense takn my man. That was my prob with the video also. For some damn reason I'd been really bloated the past few weeks. Bu my abbs look way better this week. Seratus is starting t really pop and my whole abdominal area has really started to tightn up. I'm on my phone so ill post my two diff abb routines I alternate when I get home.

Ok my first abb routine is cable oblique crunches, standing cable crunches, and hanging knee raises. The second is lying oblique crunches, lying leg raises where I raise my hips at the top of the movement, an arnold favorite twists. I cycle these eod. During off season I hit my abbs 2 times a week. As I get closer to show time I kick up th intensity by adding more reps or mixing the routines up. I know I should prob train them more in the off season, but Im just a little scared of making waiste bigger. I only have a 30in waiste. I may go up to 32 in the off season but thats only till summer hits then I like to have at least some abbs for the ladies to look at. Thank god my wife aint on here, lol!!!!!
