Michal Krizo Breaks Down All Six Meals During Full Day Of Eating

Michal Krizo follows the same routine with few changes here and there.
Michal Krizo is preparing to hit the bodybuilding world hard come October. He is crushing his prep while maintaining a steady diet plan. Recently, Krizo shared all six meals that he eats over the course of the day.
Krizo made the jump from the IFBB Elite Pro League to NPC in order to earn his Pro Card. He recently explained his competition plan that will be put into place come October. If all goes right, Krizo wants to earn his Pro Card at the Olympia Amateur and have a chance to qualify for the biggest show of the year at the EVLS Prague Pro. If this does not happen, there is one more show in Romania before the Nov. 20 deadline.
Since making the jump in leagues, Krizo has displayed a massive physique that many believe is the real deal. Bodybuilding legends Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev have said on separate occasions that Krizo is the real deal. Aside from his training in the gym, Krizo has a strict diet plan.

Michal Krizo’s Full Day Of Eating
In a recent Q&A session on his YouTube page, Krizo was asked about his nutrition and went through his entire meal plan.
“These days, it’s six big means plus one meal as a post-workout protein shake that’s always 70 grams of protein powder,” Krizo said.
Meal 1

120 grams rice porridge
75 grams protein powder

Meal 2

10 whole eggs
50 grams ham

Meal 3

300 grams cod
120 grams rice porridge
30 grams protein powder

“I eat at 1pm and train at 3pm. I have the protein shake after the workout, which is 70 grams of protein powder. Then I have the next meal when I come home. It’s the same meal I had before I workout.”

Meal 4

300 grams cod
120 grams rice porridge
30 grams protein powder

Meal 5

300 grams cod
120 grams buckwheat porridge
30 grams protein powder

Meal 6

Low-fat curd cheese
40 grams peanut butter

OR

Low-fat curd cheese
Flavored protein milk (35 grams protein, no sugar)

“I count macros. It’s about 100 grams of protein. 450-500 grams of carbs. When you asked me about my daily meals before, I didn’t mention the fruit that I eat here and there. A nectarine or a banana so it’s up to 500 grams of carbs and 60-70 grams of fat.”

Michal Krizo on Chest Meals and Fruit
An interesting topic that bodybuilders always discuss is cheat meals. Some believe in them while others stay away over the course of training. In Michal Krizo’s case, he only uses them when necessary.
“Yes. If it’s necessary. If my coach sends me to have one. If I’m too conditioned ahead of time and I should eat something then I go. So yes, it’s planned. Me personally, I don’t eat it. I don’t crave it. I only go when I’m ordered to go.”
As for fruit, Krizo is a big fan and likes to work it into the rotation when possible.
“I like all kinds of fruit. I eat a lot of fruits. I like everything. I mean, if I had to choose, it would definitely be a watermelon.”
Michal Krizo continues to be an up-and-coming star in bodybuilding. It will be interesting to see how he compares to the best of the best once he is able to earn his Pro Card, which will be sooner than later.

Martin Fitzwater Says Andrew Jacked Will “B*tch Out” Of Arnold Classic UK: ‘He Ain’t Showing Up, I Can Promise You That’

Martin Fitzwater is “disappointed” that Andrew Jacked might not be showing up to the Arnold Classic UK.
Martin Fitzwater finished as the runner-up during the 2022 Texas Pro. The winner? Andrew Jacked. Now, Fitzwater might have to wait to get another shot at Jacked if he does not show up to the Arnold Classic UK. According to Fitzwater, Jacked will “b*tch out” of the event and not show up.
Andrew Jacked was a highly-touted bodybuilder entering the professional ranks. He was able to win his first show and qualify for the 2022 Olympia. Despite his impressive performance, there were many competitors close to Jacked — including Fitzwater. During the show, Fitzwater displayed great conditioning and showed that he might be in the best shape of his career.
Jacked spoke against any claims that there is a feud with Fitzwater. The rematch between the two was supposed to take place at the Arnold Classic UK but it came out that Jacked was having trouble with his Visa and might not be able to make it to the show.

Martin Fitzwater on Andrew Jacked: “I Guess We’ll See Him At The Olympia”
Andrew Jacked admitted that the condoning of Martin Fitzwater was above his but that he could still beat him. In a recent episode of Bodybuilding University, this topic was brought up to Fitzwater and he took some shots at Jacked.
“I am disappointed because he’s going to b*tch out from the Arnold UK from the way that interview sounded. He ain’t going to show up. I can promise you that.”
Following his victory at the Texas Pro, Andrew Jacked said that his preparation was not the best and that he was not 100%. This is where some disgruntled feelings were created on the side of Fitzwater.
“If you’re going to stand on the Texas Pro stage and talk shit and tell everybody that you weren’t even getting ready for the show and the show you’re getting ready for, you don’t even have a f***ing Visa for, quit talking shit.”

Martin Fitzwater is not yet qualified for the Olympia but is planning to punch his ticket during the Arnold Classic UK. If this is the case, he will get a second chance at Andrew Jacked. Fitzwater has until the Nov. 20 deadline to qualify for the biggest show of the year.
Milos Sarcev, along with other bodybuilding veterans, believe that Jacked has a chance at the Olympia title immediately if he brings his best package to the stage.
Martin Fitzwater wanted another shot at Andrew Jacked at the Arnold UK but now believes he will have to wait until the Olympia.
“I’m just going to call it how it is. It’s going to be me and James Hollingshead, since he can’t show up, and Marc Hector. I guess we’ll get a shot at him at Olympia, since he’s going to b*tch out.”

The Rock decompresses with an intense leg day workout.
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently showcased how he decompresses after a long week: an intensive leg day training session. The popular actor and athlete took to his Iron Sanctuary to hit the weights and get his mind off of a trying work week.
Is there any doubting The Rock’s work ethic in the gym? While he may be one of the most famous actors in the world, with a ton of money to boot, The Rock is always looking to improve himself both physically and mentally. It means that when others are sleeping or resting or relaxing, The Rock It is hard at work in the gym looking to improve upon himself.
When most people want to recover from a long work week, they choose more relaxing endeavors. Whether that be going out for a drink with their buddies or simply just lying about watching TV, It will usually never anything too stressful on the mind or the body.
Then there are people like The Rock.
Rather than shy away from the difficult task of self-improvement, they choose to double down and push themselves physically to decompress mentally. It’s quit the unorthodox strategy to say the least. But its what allows The Rock to stay on top of things as he continues to build his empire.

The Rock recently posted his leg day routine on social media showcasing exactly what he does for decompression.
Got a late one in at the sanctuary tonight – Sunday wheels ?
Very long work week, but very productive and moved a lot of business forward – man I needed this intense session to decompress.
Leg night ??4 rounds of Giant Sets (non stop)– Leg press– Vertical leg press– Chain lunges– Finishing with Pit Shark sumo squats with 3 second negatives.* fun pain ☝??

It’s clear that The Rock likes to handle pressure in his own unique way. When you get down to it however, it does make sense. Putting all your emotions into training, good or bad, can be a great way to get your mind off of things.
What do you think of The Rock’s version of decompressing?

Dennis James Guarantees “The Best Ramy Ever” During the 2022 Olympia

Big Ramy and his coach Dennis James are putting together what could be another championship physique.
Dennis James is the bodybuilding coach of Big Ramy, who has won two consecutive Olympia titles. Is there any chance that he could come into the 2022 competition in better shape than previous years?
It was said following the 2021 Olympia that Big Ramy did not begin his preparation until just before the show. That was not the case this time around. Following his victory, Ramy and James were back in the gym just a couple weeks later preparing for 2022. According to James, this will be “the best Ramy” that we have seen.
Big Ramy has been a bit more active on social media sharing different workout videos and physique updates. This is all fans have seen since he missed out on being a guest poser at the 2022 Pittsburgh Pro. Regardless, there are many who believe that Ramy will win the show going away if he comes in shredded at his current weight.
There is still 15 weeks before the biggest bodybuilding show of the year. James and Ramy are hoping to be on track to bring home a third consecutive title.

Dennis James On Big Ramy’s Physique: “It’s Next Level”
Dennis James got on the topic of the Olympia during an episode of The Menace podcast. As impressive as the physique updates have been, James believes that you have to see Big Ramy in person to completely understand.
“I’m pushing him hard. He’s willing to get totally pushed. It’s surprising to me because it’s four months out and I could push him really really well. Ramy looks f***ing bad! I had him pose today again. The videos and the pictures do not do him any justice.”
Bodybuilding veterans believed that Hadi Choopan showed up to the 2021 Olympia in the best shape and could have been crowned champion. Instead, the overall size of Ramy continued to impress during his routine. Because of his lack of preparation, Ramy was not in his best shape.
According to Dennis James, he is aware of that and is preparing to bring a better version of himself.
“He knows he wasn’t at his best. He was better Saturday, but he knows Friday he wasn’t on. He knows. He knows because there was over six months where he didn’t even train. So, three and a half, four months before the Olympia – trying to gain all that muscle back and get into shape at the same time — that’s not possible.”
Not only is Ramy looking good but he is stronger than ever. He showed that off by machine pressing 440 pounds during one of his workouts.

Big Ramy will be the favorite heading into the 2022 Olympia and Dennis James believes it will be the best we have seen.
“He’s going to be so good everywhere else, I guarantee you, if nothing goes wrong… I guarantee you, this is going to be the best Ramy ever. Then, it’s going to be really really frustrating for a lot of people.”

Whey is a form of protein derived from dairy. Whey protein is better than other proteins because it contains all the essential amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Your body needs 20 different amino acids to grow and repair tissue. Still, only nine are essential, meaning these nine essential amino acids are critical for tasks that require growing tissue, such as muscle growth.
Moreover, your body produces nonessential amino acids, but you can only get essential amino acids from your diet. You can get these essential amino acids from animal proteins, including meat, eggs, and poultry. Or you can get them in a quality meal replacement to make things easier.

Jake Paul vs. Anderson Silva Boxing Match Officially Scheduled For Oct. 29

Jake Paul will take on his biggest challenge yet with Anderson Silva.
It is official. Jake Paul will take on former UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva in the boxing ring on October 29.
On Tuesday, Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions announced that the details are finalized and the fight is now official. Paul and Silva will step in the ring at Gila River Arena in Phoenix. The two will meet face-to-face on Monday in Los Angeles for a press conference followed by a second one the next day in Phoenix. Tickets for the event will go on sale on September 14 and will air on Showtime pay-per-view.

The biggest fight of the year is happening Saturday, October 29th live from Phoenix, Arizona at Gila River Arena. #PaulSilva is official. @GilaRiverArena @ShowtimeBoxing @jakepaul @SpiderAnderson pic.twitter.com/oQwMPqmwUR
— Most Valuable Promotions (@MostVpromotions) September 6, 2022

“It is an honor to be in there with the legendary Anderson Silva. Although, I’m going to knock him out in under five rounds. Y’all are the first to know. I’m so excited,” Paul said in the official announcement on Most Valuable Promotions’ Twitter.
Jake Paul will now face the biggest challenge of his career. After having fights cancelled in August with both Tommy Fury and Hasim Rahman Jr., Paul will now have the chance to fight one of the best UFC fighters of all-time.
Paul is 5-0 in his professional boxing career. He has taken steps forward in competition since starting his journey in the ring. Paul has victories over MMA fighters such as Ben Askren and Tyron Woodley, who he defeated twice. Silva has made the transition in fighting styles and has gained experience in the boxing ring over the last two years.

My toughest test yet. I respect the legend, but he must be exterminated. @MostVpromotions presents #PaulSilva from Phoenix, AZ @GilaRiverArena
SAT OCT 29th live on Showtime PPV @ShowtimeBoxing
Meu teste mais difícil ainda. Eu respeito a lenda, mas ele deve ser exterminado. pic.twitter.com/en6qerCQ4B
— Jake Paul (@jakepaul) September 6, 2022
Anderson Silva competed in the boxing ring twice in 2021. First, he took a split decision from Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in an eight-round fight. Silva knocked out former UFC champion Tito Ortiz in under two minutes in his next fight. Silva also has an exhibition fight against Bruno Machado under his belt.
Jake Paul continues to make waves in the boxing world and it would take another step forward if he is able to defeat Anderson Silva in the ring. This is the biggest bout of his career thus far and will have a chance to make an impact.

Michal Krizo Discusses Competition Plans During Q&A, Goal Is To Compete At Olympia

Michal Krizo outlined his path to the 2022 Olympia during a recent Q&A.
Michal Krizo made the jump from the IFBB Elite Pro League to NPC. The goal is always to get to the Olympia and Krizo might be looking to accomplish this goal as soon as possible. In a recent Q&A session, Krizo outlined his path to the biggest show of the year come December.
In July, Krizo made the switch in league because he wanted to compete against the best on the Olympia stage. The NPC allows Krizo to have an opportunity to earn his Pro Card and eventually become a Men’s Open competitor in the IFBB.
During the Q&A, Krizo answered different questions about his preparation and current measurements. He weighs 293 pounds at the moment and does not plan to reach a certain level by competition time. Krizo just wants to come in “as big as possible” when he hits the stage.

Michal Krizo Planning To Appear At Olympia
The month of October could be a big one for Michal Krizo is all goes right. He outlined his path to the 2022 Olympia, with his pro qualifier and potential pro debut coming over the course of four weeks in October.
“The pro qualifier will be the Olympia Amateur. I think that is the eight, ninth, and 10th of October. After that, considering I get the Pro Card, there is EVLS Prague Pro, which is the last week of October. If I manage to win there, which would be absolutely amazing, I would go to the Olympia this year,” Michal krizo said.
The EVLS Prague Pro is not the final competition that Krizo could compete in. There is another competition in Romania but he explained that he would base this on his performance in Prague.

“There is another contest to qualify in Romania but that would unfold only after the Prague show. If I ended up seventh or eighth in Prague, there would be no point in going to Romania.”
Michal Krizo has opened many eyes since making the jump in league. Both Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev have encountered Krizo in person and believe that the hype is very real. If all goes right, Krizo will have a chance to show it off as a professional toward the end of the year.
