Vlad Suhoruchko Shows Off Insane Leg Vascularity Ahead Of 2022 Portugal Pro

Vlad Suhoruchko is looking shredded heading into his next show over the weekend.
If you have not heard about Vlad Suhoruchko just yet, keep an eye on the 2022 Mr. Big Evolution Pro Portugal on Sunday. The Ukrainian bodybuilder has been an up-and-coming talent in Men’s Open and has been showing off his progress in recent weeks. On Monday, Suhoruchko shared an update of his legs looking extremely peeled as he prepares to take the stage in Portugal.
Suhoruchko competed on this exact stage in 2021 and finished fourth. This was his second fourth-place finish last season, with the other coming during the Europa Spain Pro. Suhoruchko burst onto the scene in 2020 when he finished as the runner-up to Regan Grimes at the Romania Muscle Fest Pro.
A victory on Sunday would give Suhoruchko his second consecutive qualification to the Olympia. In 2021, he earned enough points to compete but was halted due to some issues with his visa. Now, it looks as though Suhoruchko has put together a package that could find his way back to the biggest stage.

Can Vlad Suhoruchko Win In Portugal?

Vlad Suhoruchko continues to be a possibility to win the Portugal Pro this weekend. He has taken a step up from dark-horse competitor to a potential champion. It is becoming apparent as he continues to share physique updates.
The Portugal Pro will return three of the five competitors who finished in the top five last year. This is headlined by reigning champion Andrea Presti, who will likely be the favorite once again heading into the show. Both Tim Budesheim and Petar Klancir will make a return to the stage after some preparation. If a competitor does not win this show, it is important to earn enough qualification points by finishing near the top.
This is how Vlad Suhoruchko earned his way to the 2021 Olympia. Aside from his performance in Portugal, Suhoruchko finished near the top of the scorecard during the Romania Musclefest Pro and Europa Spain Pro.
Suhoruchko has added insane vascularity to his physique and sent out a warning over social media heading into the weekend. It will be interesting to see how he can capitalize on this and compete against some other elite competitors.

Braun Strowman Hints At Bodybuilding Debut In 2023

Braun Strowman has made it clear that he wants to make his debut in bodybuilding in 2023.
Braun Strowman, real name Adam Scherr, is a former WWE superstar who is taking on a new avenue. Strowman was one of the biggest stars, physically and by status, in the company during his time in the ring. Now, Strowman is tailoring his physique to compete on the bodybuilding stage.
Strowman signed with WWE in 2013. He burst onto the scene as part of the Wyatt Family in 2015 before taking on a single career the next year. Strowman quickly rose to fame because of his incredible size and strength. His defining moment in wrestling was when Strowman defeated Goldberg at WrestleMania 36 to win the Universal Title. After a successful run in the company, Strowman was released and has since taken on a new journey.

Braun Strowman clearly had the size during his time in the ring and is now cutting down and focusing on conditioning. In June, Strowman took to social media to say he is interested in competing in bodybuilding come 2023.
“Thinking about stepping on the body building stage in 2023. I mean why not I’ve taken over every other industry I’ve been a part of. Wonder if I can win everything in body building faster than I won all the titles in #wwe cause there ain’t been nobody did what I did in that sport in that amount of time. So why not do it in another one. I need a challenge in life. I’m just a natural at everything. ?‍♂️ #Unstoppable“

Can Braun Strowman Successfully Make The Jump?

In recent weeks, we have seen athletes of many kind interested in bodybuilding. Of course, this is highlighted by former MLB pitcher Kyle Farnsworth making his debut on stage this summer. Strowman could be the next and he already has an advantage.
Braun Strowman did not hint at any show of what division that he would compete in. All Strowman said is that he is interested in competing in 2023 and wants to find success like he did in WWE. While this is a completely different animal, Strowman is a competitor with plenty of drive and passion when it comes to fitness.
Strowman was one of the top wrestlers on the card during his time with WWE. If he is able to find a way to compete in bodybuilding, there will be many eyes on the former champion.

The Perfect Recipe For Results

I have received great feedback from a customer that uses my Protein Factory products and loves the gains he is making with them.

Look, here is the thing about Protein Factory. For 20 years, I’ve never tried to sell anyone on marketing bullshit. The sports nutrition industry is notorious for trying to sell people their supplements using professional bodybuilders that clearly take tons of gear and other drugs and then attribute those gains to the supplements, not disclosing their drug use. (honestly, I think this type of marketing should have some disclaimer attached to it). Then, of course, the before and after pictures that were immensely popular, what a scam that was!

Protein powder is nothing more than QUALITY, CONVENIENT FOOD! The truth is that frequent exercise and good nutrition produce results. That was my stance when I was battling with the FDA trying to keep my protein customization business alive.

And I’ve said this 1,000 times. The better protein you consume, the better results you will have.

Food scientists did not create the DIAA for nothing. For they know that the better quality protein that is consumed, the more nitrogen that is retained, which leads to a higher muscle protein synthesis.

With good nutrition and exercise come the results. You will experience a change if your physique and health just by doing this. It is inevitably.

Bottom line: Protein Factory sells the highest quality food powders in the world. People use them and get the results that their genetics will give them. No bullshit steroid monsters trying to convince people to use my products. I know they are the best because I literally search the Earth for them and supply them to you.

What you get out of them is up to you and your genetics. I NEVER promise gains of muscle or loss of fat. Here is what I said recently to a customer who wanted a refund because he did not see the RESULTS he was looking for with his purchase.

I told him this, “I can promise you that what you received is the best product on the face of the Earth. What you get out of it is not up to me, nor do I ever make any claims of muscle gains or fat loss. My guarantee is in the quality. To make marketing claims based on how much muscle one will gain or how much fat one will lose is irresponsible and is something I don’t believe in or practice”.

Then just the other day a customer purchased my products and sent me this excellent text message. ( see screen shots below) He took my advice and bought the products that I recommended. Not only that but he intermittents fasts and trains hard.

THE PERFECT RECIPE FOR RESULTS!!

Train 2-3 times per week at the minimum.

Use Protein Factory products.

Avoid the following

sugarsoyartificial sweeteners, preservatives, and colorsfried foodsnitratesmaltodextrin and dextrose (for the most part)chemicals applied to the body (sunscreen, make up, perfumes and colognes, deodorants, and toothpaste.foods cooked on aluminum, and non stick, (only use stainless steel and iron)take an anti-cancer supplement or food.

Below is the text message the customer sent me…

Alex Rogers is a supplement manufacturing expert. He has been formulating, consulting, & manufacturing dietary supplements since 1998. Alex invented protein customization in 1998 & was the first company to allow consumers to create their own protein blends. He helped create the first supplement to contain natural follistatin, invented whey protein with egg lecithin, & recently imported the world’s first 100% hydrolyzed whey.

Chris Hemsworth Shares Fast-Paced, Muscle Building Chest Workout

Chris Hemsworth continues to build muscle with intense workouts!
Chris Hemsworth has shown an incredible interest in fitness and this has led to him being one of the most shredded actors in Hollywood. It has also led to creating an app called CentrFit, where users can get different workouts to try. Recently, Hemsworth used his Instagram account to share a muscle-building chest workout.
The 38-year-old actor is known for his roles in Thor and The Avengers. Recently, he has been training for Extraction, along with some other projects. During the pandemic, Hemsworth and his team came up with the idea to begin CentrFit to show off some home workouts to use while the gyms were closed.
Hemsworth has continued to show off different exercises, such as agility and explosive strength. On his Instagram account for 55.1 million to see, Hemsworth has started to put his body through yoga and boxing workouts. This time, he kept it going with chest.

Chris Hemsworth Chest Workout

“I don’t care where you are, whether you’re at home, on a bus, on a train, or on a plane, I want to hear you yelling! So move it, get involved!” Chris Hemsworth shared.
Chris Hemsworth shared a clip showing off all exercises, along with sets and reps to perform. An energetic Hemsworth began by calling all viewers to give full effort over the course of the workout. He recommended resting for 60 seconds between each set.
Hemsworth was going through a rigorous training regimen and diet last year preparing for one of his Thor projects. Coach Luke Zocchi shared that Hemsworth was consuming up to 10 meals per day trying to build the necessary size for the big screen. It seemed to work as Hemsworth has been able to keep his shredded physique.
It is clear that Chris Hemsworth is going to continue to focus on fitness and share different workouts. There are many actors that can be trusted in giving out workouts because of their build and Hemsworth is near the top of the list.

Tommy Fury Cancels Fight, Jake Paul Responds With Offer To Move Match To UK: ‘You Are A Scared Little Boy’

Jake Paul and Tommy Fury will not fight in August. Will the fight ever take place?
A boxing match between Tommy Fury and Jake Paul has been in the works since December. The first meeting was called off because Fury sustained an injury. Now, Fury has been forced to cancel once again due to travel issues.
Fury, who is the half-brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury, posted a statement on Twitter claiming that he will be unable to make it into the U.S. prior to the fight. Paul did not waste time commenting on the post offering a fight in the U.K. but the payday will be far less than the original amount.

pic.twitter.com/OTOmulKfrW
— Tommy Fury (@tommytntfury) July 7, 2022
“I’m gutted and disappointed in regards to the issues I have faced with entry into the USA. This is something that myself or my team could have never anticipated happening. This situation has been left with my lawyers as being denied entry to a country is obviously a very serious issue and it needs to subsequently be resolved.
I am confident this fight will happen when this issue gets resolved and we come to a solution. I want to clarify that I will fight in a neutral country that both parties can enter. This can be any time, any place, any where.”
Jake Paul will now take on Hasim Rahman Jr. on August 6 as the son of former heavyweight boxing champion steps in for Fury.

Jake Paul Responds, Offers $500k For Fight
Jake Paul has not been shy about offering up massive paydays for fighters interested in stepping in the ring. The former YouTuber has successfully made the transition into the ring but has received criticism for not taking on a real fighter. Paul has victories over YouTuber AnEsonGib, former NBA player Nate Robinson, Ben Askren, and Tyron Woodley.
At this point, Paul has attempted to fight Fury on two separate occasions and is unhappy that it has not happened yet. Paul immediately responded to Fury on Twitter.
“I’m confident you are a scared little boy who doesn’t want to fight or understand business. I will pay you $500k to fight me in the UK. I will do it shortly after August 6. You accept?”
The original agreement for this fight was upwards of $2 million for the fight at Madison Square Garden. After being offered a price that is significantly less, Fury responded to Paul and did not accept.
“I wouldn’t get out of bed to fight you for $500k. Let me know when you’re ready to have a serious conversation.”
It is unknown when or if Jake Paul and Tommy Fury will ever step in the ring together but maybe the third time is the charm. Paul will still be in action on August 6 at the Garden.

Still Training Like a Pro, Branch Warren Pushes Serious Weight on the Machine Hack Squat

Branch Warren is still training like a pro even in retirement.
Branch Warren is squatting some serious weight in a recent training session. The retired bodybuilder is showing no signs of slowing down his training any time soon. He seems to be pushing himself in defiance of those who believe he should be slowing down post retirement.
Branch Warren has always been known for his impressive leg development. To be dubbed “Quadrasaurus” means you haven to have some pretty serious wheels. Warren was always able to impress in that department every time he stepped on stage.
Since being retired you would think Branch Warren would have slowed down his training. While he may not be putting himself through grueling show prep, Warren is still pushing himself hard in his training. Once you’ve adopted a professional mindset, shutting it off is no easy feat. For Warren it appears that doing so is the last thing on his mind.
With the mindset of a professional Branch Warren just can’t seem to stop himself from training hard in the gym. There’s no massive downsizing for Warren. Instead he’s doing things as he’s always had as pro bodybuilder. That means pushing himself to the next level with every training session.
By the look on my face I’m upsetting a lot of cry babies who can’t seem to get over the fact that I still train hard. Well guess what……. I DON’T GIVE A DAMN!!!!

Pushing Some Serious Weight
A recent training video showcased just how hard Branch Warren is pushing himself in his post retirement training. Warren seems compelled to push passed his limits and lift heavy. When you consider that he’s five years younger than Dexter Jackson who only just retired a year and a half ago at age 50, the 47-year-old Warren still has plenty in the tank.
The training video in question shows Branch Warren pushing some serious weight on the machine hack squat. All this despite the fact that he’s been retired for years now.
Ain’t nobody gonna tell me HOW TO TRAIN!!!!

Branch Warren isn’t slowing down any time soon which is pretty motivational for anyone believing they can’t push themselves passed their 40s.
What do you think of Branch Warren and his current training regimen?

Why Are Anabolic Steroids Illegal?

Disclaimer: The following article is for educational purposes only and NOT to promote the use of illegal steroids. If you have any questions or concerns, Dr. Touliatos is currently available for consultations.

The legality of anabolic steroids is seemingly constantly changing, being deemed acceptable for one generation, with the masses using them for cosmetic purposes — yet unacceptable in the next.
Today, anabolic steroids are illegal in many countries and thus cannot be directly purchased from legitimate pharmacies to aid bodybuilding endeavours.
However, some exceptions to this rule exist, such as Mexico and Thailand, where the general population are legally permitted to use anabolic steroids.
Anabolic steroids however were once 100% legal to obtain, even in countries where they are now outlawed and banned by the FDA.
Arnold Schwarzenegger once revealed that he acquired his steroid stack from his doctor, who would nonchalantly and regularly prescribe him Dianabol or Deca Durabolin to aid his bodybuilding efforts.
However, several years later and after numerous clinical trials, anabolic steroids’ side effects are now better established.
Consequently, this has led to an FDA ban of many anabolic-androgenic steroids, with them being classed as schedule III controlled substances.
Thus, any person caught in possession or selling anabolic steroids can be issued with a hefty fine or/and  prison time (determined by the local laws).
Ironically, in America and other countries (where anabolic steroids are now illegal), doctors continue to prescribe certain anabolic steroids for various conditions; including cachexia, osteoporosis and hypogonadism.
Anavar (Oxandrolone), Deca Durabolin (Nandrolone) and Testosterone are just a few examples of anabolic steroids that remain FDA-approved in medicine and are deemed safe for patients to take; should they have a medical need for such drugs.
Thus, a judgement has been made that if a person has a medical need for an anabolic steroid, the benefits of that drug outweigh the risks (when under medical supervision). But the general public are forbidden from taking the same substances.

Why Are Anabolic Steroids Illegal?
Ultimately, anabolic steroids are illegal because their side effects are deemed to be excessively harsh; and thus are considered unnecessary for the public to use.
What is inconsistent with medicine and the law is that, certain steroids are FDA-approved in medicine (and other steroids are not). As one can imagine, the milder compounds with less side effects are FDA approved and prescribed — whereas the more toxic steroids are not.
However, with regard to the law, all anabolic steroids are treated the same, despite them having varying levels of toxicity.
What are the Side Effects Associated With Steroids?
Anabolic steroids can cause mild and harsh side effects. Some mild reactions include — hair loss, gynecomastia and acne vulgaris.
However, anabolic steroids are almost certainly prohibited due to high levels of cardiotoxicity and hepatotoxicity; in conjunction with damage to the HPTA (hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis).
Heart Disease
An increased risk of myocardial infarction is a reality when taking any anabolic steroid, with higher testosterone levels causing negative fluctuations in cholesterol; specifically being LDL (low-density lipoprotein) increasing and HDL (high-density lipoprotein) decreasing.
Some could argue that certain measures can combat excessive rises in systolic and diastolic blood pressure, such as supplementing with fish oil, performing regular cardiovascular exercise and avoiding excessively cardiotoxic steroids.
Liver Failure
ALT (alanine aminotransferase) and AST (aspartate aminotransferase) enzymes will rise when taking anabolic steroids; particularly when taking c-17 alpha alkylated compounds, better known as oral steroids.
This is because oral steroids pass through the liver upon entry and exit, whereas injectable steroids only stress the liver upon the latter.
Some could argue that the liver is a resilient organ, effective supplementation can lower AST/ALT enzymes and overly hepatotoxic steroids can be avoided.
TUDCA (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is a supplement with potent liver rejuvenating properties, according to various clinical trials (1, 2),. Consequently, many bodybuilders take TUDCA to reduce their of developing risk peliosis hepatis.
Although the liver is typically a resilient organ and certain supplementation can help, abusing oral steroids is likely to cause deterioration of this organ long term.
Virilization
One of the most unpleasant side effects of anabolic steroids among women is virilization, or masculinization.
Although this is not inherently dangerous, it can have a profound negative effect on a woman’s mental wellbeing; with decreased confidence and self-esteem.
Some virilization side effects also may persist long-term (3), including modifications to the larynx, causing a deepened voice or clitoromegaly (clitoral enlargement).
Some may argue that certain anabolic steroids such as Anavar (Oxandrolone) and Anadrol (Oxymetholone) have a low incidence of virilization in clinical research; and when cautious dosages are utilized, they often produce minimal side effects.
Should Steroids Be Illegal?
There are several pros and cons to anabolic steroids being illegal.
Firstly, banning anabolic steroids makes them less readily available to purchase, which naturally will decrease the amount of steroid-induced casualties.
However, making steroids illegal also encourages underground lab ‘cooking’, which presents new dangers in terms of hygiene and contamination. Also, there is a lack of regulation, in comparison to a licensed pharmaceutical lab used to formulate the compounds.
Consequently, the products can be tainted, potentially being dangerous to the public. This wouldn’t be the case if steroids were legal, as they’d be more widely manufactured by scientists in certified medical facilities. And such companies would be liable if any product were to be tainted.
It is reasonable to assume that if certain mild anabolic steroids were legal, and people took them responsibly (following the appropriate dosing protocols) under a doctor’s supervision, it could be less dangerous than masses of steroid-users taking them from underground labs.
However, if the general population was given the green light to pick up anabolic steroids from their doctor for cosmetic use, there would be more cases of steroid abuse. This is already an issue in American society, with 375,000 young men and 175,000 young women in high school thought to be abusing steroids (4). In such cases, individuals can take as much as 10-100x the recommended therapeutic dosage.
Conclusion
Those who take anabolic steroids may downplay the dangers, due to bias.
And those who don’t take steroids may exaggerate the dangers, due to ignorance.
Regardless of whether steroids should be legal or not worldwide, they do have troublesome side effects and are addictive. Both of which were not fully understood when they were previously legal.
Anabolic steroids have also shown to reduce a person’s lifespan when taken long term (5) and thus should be avoided unless there is a medical need for their use.
