Logan Paul Challenged by Bradley Martyn to ‘No Cameras Fight,’ “Come To My Gym”

Logan Paul Challenged by Bradley Martyn to ‘No Cameras Fight,’ “Come To My Gym”

Two of YouTube’s top personalities are ready to square up in a fight, whether it be boxing or behind closed doors. After Logan Paul offered to ‘humble’ Bradley Martyn in a Puerto Rico sparring match, Martyn fired back with his own idea. He challenged Logan to fight at his home gym Zoo Culture with no cameras.
Martyn sports a hulking physique and likes to test his strength, though sometimes to his misfortune. He’s a fixture in the fitness community and is known for hosting major productions on YouTube like The Full Send Podcast and Bradley Martyn’s Raw Talk. Given his knack for communication and drawing the best out of his guests, Martyn has become a fan-favorite in the industry.

Logan Paul has also built a wildly successful social media following, which includes millions on Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. In addition, he’s made multiple appearances in the WWE. During a recent Impaulsive Podcast, Paul took shots at Martyn after Bradley said he could beat Nate Diaz or boxer Devin Haney in a street fight.
Logan Paul Wants to ‘Humble’ Bradley Martyn in Sparring Match, Says He’s ‘Desperate For Clicks’
In response to Martyn saying he could take the famous Stockton native in a fight, Diaz had a simple answer:

“Bro, you’re a podcaster,” Diaz laughed.

While speaking together, Bradley commented that he hoped to see Jake ‘get his ass beat’ by Nate. After hearing Bradley’s remarks, Logan Paul called out Martyn for a sparring match in Puerto Rico.
“Even the way you are talking about street fighting Nate, you’re not going to beat Nate Diaz in a street fight. You’re a well-versed guy, you’re not a guy who has to create beefs to be cool or relevant, especially when it comes to Jake. You’re cool with us, [Jake] is in the family and you’ve even said yourself that you like him. Why say that? Are you searching for clicks?”
“Bradley, you gotta be humbled. That’s what you need. It doesn’t sound like you’ve had it yet and I will invite you to Puerto Rico to spar with me to be humbled…Bradley, if you’re serious, I’m inviting you to Puerto Rico to promote my next upcoming fight and I will spar you and I will fu**ing humble your ass,” Logan Paul said on episode 25 of Impaulsive.

Martyn responded to Logan with revised terms for their potential fight.
“Logan Paul talking about clicks n views and I’m lame. This coming from the guy who filmed a dead body for views & all of a sudden I’m reaching for views? The same reason u even call me out is for the same purpose…VIEWS. In your own words…“To promote my fight coming up”. But when I did it in my content I’m lame?
Also to defend ur brother, your the guy who at every turn with KSl you don’t have his back and you own brother even feels as though u don’t.. & that’s from his own words, me wanting to see someone get memed and liking someone can both co-exist. AND speaking about clicks and views, fk all that, come to my gym no cameras no content..we can just fight in front of zoo culture.” Bradley Martyn shared.

Logan Paul talking about clicks n views and I’m lame. This coming from the guy who filmed a dead body for views & all of a sudden I’m reaching for views? The same reason u even call me out is for the same purpose…VIEWS. In your own words…“To promote my fight coming up”. But…
— Bradley Martyn (@BradleyMartyn) July 26, 2023

Should they actually meet in the ring, Martyn would enjoy a significant size advantage over Paul given his weight of around 260 pounds. Meanwhile, Paul’s walk-around weight hovers in the 205-pound area. It should be noted, ‘The Maverick’ has legitimate combat sports experience. In 2021, Paul shared the boxing ring with legend Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather in an exhibition match.
Unusual fight arrangements seem to be the norm in 2023. Over the last few months, the new Twitter owner Elon Musk, and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg have laid out terms to fight each other. With both parties seemingly interested, fans might be in for a big treat. According to UFC President Dana White, Musk and Zuckerberg are ‘dead serious’ about fighting.
Musk has transformed his body and lost 20 pounds with the help of periodic fasting. Zuckerberg also has kept tabs on his fitness with participation in Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments and combat sports lessons with UFC champions such as Israel Adesanya and Alexander Volkanovski.

With Bradley Martyn and Logan Paul’s feud heating up, fans are jumping to pick sides. Time will tell if they meet in the ring and if Martyn can deliver in a fight without traditional combat sports experience.

Larry Wheels Cranks Out 405 Lbs Bench Press In A Joint Training Session With Stefi Cohen

Larry Wheels Cranks Out 405 Lbs Bench Press In A Joint Training Session With Stefi Cohen

Larry Wheels and Stefi Cohen are renowned athletes recognized for their exceptional accomplishments across various sports disciplines. They recently teamed up for a weight training session. However, Stefi Cohen introduced Wheels to agility and strength training and he did quite well in spite of being relatively inexperienced in that area.
Larry Wheels is a multi-talented individual that has a presence in strength sports like bodybuilding, powerlifting as well as arm wrestling. He is best known for wrecking powerlifting records in the gym and routinely posts his feats of incredible strength on the YouTube channel that has garnered 2.78 million followers at the time of this article’s publishing.
Wheels is one of the rare individuals in the fitness industry that have openly admitted to using PEDs. The 28-year-old started using steroids at 17 years of age and continued to use it until recently. While steroids did help him elevate his performance and achieve new heights of athletic ability, they also took a toll on his quality of life.
After suffering a back injury ahead of the 2022 Middle-East’s Strongest Man, Wheels decided to stop the steroid abuse. He has switched to using HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) instead. The effects of this change are clearly visible on Wheels’ body. He has considerably downsized and admitted that the quality of his training and everyday life has improved significantly after chucking steroids. Earlier this year, he announced the plan to compete in bodybuilding.
Recently, Wheels partnered with Stefi Cohen. The 31-year-old has achieved success in several athletic endeavors like boxing, and powerlifting. The duo primarily tackled bench press in this training session. So without further delay, let’s check out how much weight they managed to lift.

Larry Wheels and Stefi Cohen train together
Larry Wheels and Stefi Cohen started the exercise with a few warm-up sets using an empty bar without plates. After sufficiently warming up the joints and muscles, the duo did a few working sets of bench press with progressive overload.
While Wheels performed the first working set with 135 lbs weight, Cohen started out slow and did the set with 95 lbs weight. Wheels and Cohen took a significant jump in weight and performed the second working set with 225 lbs and 135 lbs weight, respectively.

The amount of weight Larry Wheels has lifted in recent times is significantly lighter than what he used to pull off while being on PEDs. So was the case in this training session as well. Stefi Cohen casually asked the 28-year-old if it hurts his ego now that he does not lift as heavy. Wheels answered:
“If I was doing this a few years ago, I would say absolutely! But now that I am burned out doing powerlifting, for now, hitting PRs isn’t what drives me anymore anyway. So I’m not concerned about how much weight I am lifting…”
After performing the subsequent sets with incrementally heavier weights, Larry Wheels wrapped up the exercise after a top set of 405 lbs while Stefi Cohen capped at 175 lbs.
The weight lifted by Wheels and Cohen in each set was:
Larry Wheels

1st set – 135 lbs (61.2 kg)
2nd set – 225 lbs (102.1 kg)
3rd set – 315 lbs (142.9 kg)
4th set – 405 lbs (183.7 kg)

Stefi Cohen

1st Set – 95 lbs (43.1 kg)
2nd set – 135 lbs (61.2 kg)
3rd set – 155 lbs (70.3 kg)
4th set – 175 lbs (79.4 kg)

The aspiring bodybuilder tries his hand at agility training and explosive strength workout
Wheels and Cohen then went on to do agility training drills. They started with warm-up drills like running, high knee running, toe touch running, and lateral running, etc. They proceeded to perform exercises like box jumps. Following the agility drills, Wheels accompanied Cohen for an explosive strength training drill. This method of training is necessary for combat sports athletes. It improves the ability to generate power in a short amount of time which is needed for punching, kicking, dodging opponents’ strikes, etc.
Landmine Push Press
The duo started explosive strength training with this compound movement. Stefi Cohen explained to Larry Wheels that the movement has to be done with an explosive motion and not like a bodybuilding lift where the muscle has to be kept under tension for a longer duration. She then instructed the 28-year-old to do five reps per arm to build explosive strength and he followed the suit.

Band Assisted Plyometric Push-ups
Cohen next took to this effective exercise for building upper body power and explosiveness. Although it can be performed without the resistance band, using it decreases the amount of load, allowing faster and more explosive movements. After doing a few sets of this exercises, Cohen took to the final one.
Band assisted high jumps
This exercise was not included in the training session for any specific benefit of it. However, Cohen experimented with it for her personal entertainment and enjoyment. She did a set of five reps and wrapped up the training session.
Overall, the session included:

Landmine Push Press
Band Assisted Plyometric Push-ups
Band Assisted High Jumps

“I don’t want to go to that extreme” – Larry Wheels explains why he will not compete in the Men’s Open division
Larry Wheels is getting ready for competing in the Classic Physique division for his return to bodybuilding competition. While he does have a large frame that can be more suited for the Men’s Open division, Wheels has a very specific reason for not taking that route. He explained:
“I’m having that approach because doing Open bodybuilding at my height, I’d have to be a mass monster and take drugs that’ll probably end up killing me. I don’t want to go to that extreme anymore.”
Wheels explained that the weight cut-off in the Classic Physique division at his height is 230 lbs for amateur competitors and 240 lbs for professional competitors. It is not a drastic change from his walk-around weight.
“So I can comfortably hold where I’m at right now – 255 lbs – no problem! We’ve got to work on my symmetry, conditioning and of course, posing!”
Although Wheels used to have a thick midsection, which is not really appreciated in the Classic Physique division that demands a perfect X-frame, he is fixing that problem by not doing heavy deadlifts or squats.

Larry Wheels added that his body is developed like a powerlifter and not like a Classic Physique bodybuilder. For instance, he stated that his lower pecs are overdeveloped from doing flat bench press more than any other chest exercise variation. Wheels even admitted that he had not addressed any of these issues at the time of his bodybuilding debut in 2018.
“This overall symmetry, conditioning, gracefully posing on stage, charisma… These things are super important in bodybuilding. When I was on stage in 2018, I wasn’t addressing! Lifting heavy… Basically, going on stage as a powerlifter. Getting lean… Following the diet but my posing and training, it wasn’t as a bodybuilder’s training. So that’s where I am making up ground now and I’m lovin’ it,” Wheels stated.
Larry Wheels has been quite successful in the sports he has explored. It will be interesting to see how his bodybuilding debut plays out.

HEAVYWEIGHT CLASH! Andy Ruiz Jr. vs Luis Ortiz Preview

HEAVYWEIGHT CLASH! Andy Ruiz Jr. vs Luis Ortiz Preview

Can Luis Ortiz turn back the clock and fend off the younger and hungry Andy Ruiz Jr.?
Former unified heavyweight world champion Andy Ruiz Jr. makes his return to the ring against former interim WBA heavyweight champion and WBC title challenger Luis Ortiz. Both heavyweight boxers are looking to turn back the clock and reclaim their former glory. But each stands in the others way as they prepare to climb back into title contention.
Andy Ruiz Jr. was once on top of the world after defeating former unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua. It was a star making performance as he knocked out Joshua after facing adversity himself. However, in the rematch, Ruiz Jr. came up short against Joshua having to relinquish his titles. Having climbed to the top of the mountain and tasted ultimate glory, Ruiz Jr. isn’t content to sit back. and ride off into the sunset just yet. On the contrary, “The Destroyer” is looking to reclaim his status as heavyweight champion.
Former WBA interim heavyweight champion Luis Ortiz is looking to claim a signature win of his own. Having come up short against Deontay Wilder twice as he challenged for the WBC heavyweight title, Ortiz wishes to write some wrongs and become an outright champion.
Preview

Andy Ruiz Jr.
Known for his fast and explosive hand combinations, Andy Ruiz junior should be sure to put pressure on Luis Ortiz from the opening bell. Ortiz has an adept jab and coming from the. World renowned Cuban boxing system. Will likely be the more technical of the two fighters. With that said, Ruiz Jr. certainly packs a punch and has a relentless style that will allow him to consistently land offense, as long as he’s able to be first.
Andy Ruiz Jr. will be at a height and reach disadvantage against Ortiz which means he should choose to operate inside the pocket. Ruiz Jr. should look to get to the inside against the southpaw Ortiz with a cross to lead hook/jab combination, then work the body and finish up top to the head. A slapping lead hook into the cross should also prove effective in closing the distance on Ortiz.
Luis Ortiz
Having trained in the world renowned amateur Cuban boxing system, Luis Ortiz has utilized slick technical boxing to outduel all but one of his opponents. Deontay Wilder is the only man to have defeated Ortiz and it was no simple task either. Ortiz is adept at utilizing slick jabs, feints, and well-placed counter punches which has given all his opponents fits. He’ll need to use those technical skills against Andy Ruiz Jr. in order to claim victory come September 4.
Being the taller, rangier southpaw fighter, Luis Ortiz should look to counter punch in this match. But that doesn’t mean he should sit back and wait for Ruiz Jr. Ortiz should opt to be busy with the jab from long range, pull back when Ruiz Jr. overcommits and crack him with straight left hands. If he’s able to stay busy with his jabs and feints, Ortiz could confuse Ruiz Jr. and walk him right into some heavy leather.
X-Factors
There are a number of X factors to be considered for this matchup. Andy Ruiz Jr. and Luis Ortiz both took some considerable damage in their last bouts respectively. Each man touched the canvas due to being out of position against their opponents. Ruiz Junior spent too much time in range trying to slug it out with Chris Arreola. Ortiz either ran into shots or remained in the pocket too long against without throwing meaningful offense against Charles Martin.
The X Factor for Andy Ruiz Jr. is that he’s too content to get into a brawl in the center of the ring. Luis Ortiz possesses big power and if Ruiz Jr isn’t careful, could find himself eating a big left hand. On the other hand, Ortiz is no spring chicken. At 43 years of age, it’s not out of the realm of possibility that Ortiz has lost a step along the way. If Ortiz does get into a brawl in the center of the ring with the younger Ruiz Jr. it’s possible that he can eat a big overhand right that can shut out the lights.
This is one fight you won’t want to miss. Be sure to tune in to Andy Ruiz junior versus Luis Ortiz on September 4th. You can order the pay-per-view of vent through Fite TV. Click here for more details on how to purchase the event.

Joey Swoll Defends Man Being Confronted For Performing Handstands In The Gym

Joey Swoll Defends Man Being Confronted For Performing Handstands In The Gym

Joey Swoll continues to speak out against toxic gym culture that can hurt others.
Joey Swoll has been on a mission to speak out and defend those who are being impacted by toxic gym culture. This can be women who are being leered at while working out or men having comments thrown at them depending on how much weight they can lift. In a recent video, Swoll defends a man who is practicing his handstands during his time at the gym.
In the video, the gym-goer is seen, via TikTok, performing a handstand on the turf area of the gym. A man walks by and makes comments about how he should be doing this at home and not in the gym.
“Sometimes people are just miserable, and they want to ruin someone else’s day.” Joey Swoll said.
This is a perfect example of what Swoll has discussed in the past. The video has gone viral and is nearing two million likes.
Joey Swoll Speaks On Rude Comments By Gym-Goer
Joey Swoll begins his videos by showing the original incident before sliding in and giving his opinion. This time, he saw nothing wrong with what the man was doing by performing handstands.
“He did nothing wrong. To not let it absorb him and to not let it affect his love or passion for the gym or his contest. I’ll tell you what’s pretty cool, to see so many people like and comment on that video, supporting him shows that gym culture is changing and you all are the reason why. Thank you. Keep doing it.”
The man in the video was seen minding his own business while working out and this is the point that Swoll has made many times. There are incidents where it is not necessary to comment or make someone feel bad for nothing.
“You know, this is really sad to see, not just at the gym, but everywhere. For someone to treat someone or speak to someone like this, completely uncalled for. I immediately reached out to Alex, the young man in the video, and I just let him know: hurt people, hurt people.”
Joey Swoll took the time to reach out to this TikTok user following his video. Gyms are public spaces and many interactions like this can happen when people do not mind their own business and involve themselves with others. Swoll has been a voice of reason recently sharing videos to explain what should be happening in a public space, such as the gym.

Iranian Hulk “Ashamed” Following Match Against Kazakh Titan, Issues Apology For Performance

Iranian Hulk “Ashamed” Following Match Against Kazakh Titan, Issues Apology For Performance

Iranian Hulk was defeated in the first round in his match with Kazakh Titan.
Iranian Hulk finally got the chance to step in the ring for his debut as a boxer. It did not last long as he was defeated in the first round by Kazakh Titan. After his poor performance, Sajad Gharibi issues an apology and said he was ashamed.
The fight took place on Sunday in Dubai during the Wicked N’Bad’s white-collar boxing event. It was clear from the opening bell that Iranian Hulk was not prepared and lacked any skills that could allow him to win this fight. Gharibi was unbalanced and eventually fell to the mat and the referee called the fight in the first round.
Iranian Hulk saw his scheduled bout with Martyn Ford get cancelled back in March because of concerns with his mental health. He revealed that he was disowned by his family when the video surfaced of his face-off with Ford. Now, Iranian Hulk has issued another public statement about his career in the ring.

Iranian Hulk Apologizes For Embarrassing Loss
In a recent interview after the fight, Iranian Hulk decided to make a quick statement about his performance and to his country.
“I have nothing to say but I am ashamed and I apologize to the Iranian people,” Gharibi said.
Iranian Hulk did not have much to say following the fight but his coach went into a bit more detail. According to Mirror, his coach believes that it was a bad situation.
“I just wanted to five a brief explanation about the fight. The fight was set before Sajad came to me and he signed the contract. There was no way to cancel it unless he paid a big fine for the cancellation.
“We had a bad situation. Sajad came to Tehran for his training [but] we had a financial problem, the sponsor didn’t keep their word. In short, Sajad trained with me for only two weeks and I told him he was not ready to fight. But I had to be with him because he had to fight and somebody had to coach him.”
Iranian Hulk’s coach apologized for the performance as well. He continued to explain that he believed the boxers were at the same level but there was still a short time for preparation.
“His opponent was the same level as Sajad but Sajad couldn’t do much, I am so sorry. I tried to help him but we had a really short time for it. I hope we can fix it in the future.”

Hafthor Bjornsson Is Ready To Set Date For Fight With Tyson Fury: ‘Let’s Have It In November’

Hafthor Bjornsson Is Ready To Set Date For Fight With Tyson Fury: ‘Let’s Have It In November’

Hafthor Bjornsson is training three times a day to prepare for an eventual bout with Tyson Fury.
The rumors are trending toward Hafthor Bjornsson getting a chance to take on Tyson Fury in the boxing ring. As of now, all of the noise seems to be coming from one side. It continued on Wednesday as Bjornsson shared a YouTube video with a message to Fury.
Bjornsson got a taste of action back in March when he defeated Eddie Hall by unanimous decision. Now, he seems ready to take a step up in competition by taking on the former heavyweight champion. Fury announced his retirement from boxing following his knockout victory over Dillian Whyte but left the door open for fights such as this.
This is not the first time that Bjornsson has sent a message to Fury. As of now, promoters for the champ have said that there is nothing in the works and that conversations will be had in the coming weeks.

Hafthor Bjornsson To Tyson Fury: “I Just Need The Contract”
Celebrity boxing has become a huge phenomenon over the last year or so. Different celebrities and athletes have been given the chance to step in the ring and take on rivals. For Hafthor Bjornsson, this fight is not a gimmick. It is something that he has been training for and wants to take seriously.
“I just need the contract. So, there is a big challenge to Tyson Fury and his team. Send me the contract, I’ll sign it, so we can have it official. I want to take this seriously.”
Hafthor Bjornsson continues the video by showing respect for the skills of Tyson Fury but believes that he can win with the right preparation. Bjornsson explains that he has been training multiple times a day to fine tune his skills.
“I’m training three times a day for a reason… There is a big bust going on about a fight between me and Tyson Fury. It could possibly happen in November.
I’m ready. I’ll fight Tyson Fury anywhere, at any time, almost. Let’s have it in November.”
As of now, talks have not started with the two sides but it is clear that Hafthor Bjornsson is ready and waiting for the opportunity. It will be interesting to see how Tyson Fury and his team responds.

Tyson Fury’s Team Planning To Discuss Options To Fight Hafthor Bjornsson

Tyson Fury’s Team Planning To Discuss Options To Fight Hafthor Bjornsson

Tyson Fury’s promoters will begin talks to get a potential fight against Hafthor Bjornsson planned.
The monstrous pair of boxers, Tyson Fury and Hafthor Bjornsson, have been going back-and-forth on social media for weeks now. There have been no talks that are official just yet but it seems as though both sides are prepared to begin conversations to have the two meet in the ring.
Bjornsson has been vocal on social media, showing off his training and calling out Fury whenever he gets a chance. Fury began with a story of his own weeks back questioning the strength of Bjornsson’s chin. Fury’s promoter, Frank Warren, recently told The Express that there are no plans at the moment.
“I don’t know to be honest. I’ve never really done anything like that so I couldn’t tell you if I’m perfectly honest but there’s a massive interest in Tyson and it seems Thor as well. There’s nothing done so it is what it is at the moment,” Warren said.

Will Tyson Fury Agree To Fight Hafthor Bjornsson?
Tyson Fury announced his retirement from boxing following his knockout victory against Dillian Whyte in April. He did not completely wipe away the idea of stepping back in the ring for a fight of this nature. Naturally, Hafthor Bjornsson became an intriguing opponent.
Bjornsson defeated fellow former strongman Eddie Hall by unanimous decision back in March. Since then, he has remained in the gym training for his next opponent. Bjornsson has been linked to Fury, along with Martyn Ford, as potential next opponents.
Frank Warren explained that he will sit down with Fury in the next few weeks to decide next steps but Bjornsson might not be next on the list. There are talks of the former World Champion waiting to see the fight between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk on August 20.
“Tyson is a fighting man and I do believe he will carry on fighting. Having said that, at the end of the day it is going to be his choice. But regarding his next fight, if he is going to have any fight it will be against the winner of Joshua and Usyk.”
The buzz around a potential fight between Tyson Fury and Hafthor Bjornsson is getting louder and louder recently. It will be interesting to see how the initial discussions happen between Fury and Warren. What we do know is that Bjornsson is waiting for a response from that side.
