Hollywood star Chris Hemsworth boasts one of the best builds of any actor. In a recent post made on Instagram, Hemsworth unveiled a brutal 10-minute upper body workout routine to get jacked like Thor.
Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Chris Hemsworth first gained attention for his role on the national television series Home and Away in 2004. He moved to the US to pursue his dream of making it big in movies. In 2011, Hemsworth landed the role of superhero Thor for the Marvel Cinematic Universe film. He worked hard in the gym and packed on a significant amount of muscle to get ready for the project. He received major praise for his work and turned into one of the most recognizable names in town as a result of his success. 
In 2020, Hemsworth utilized bodyweight workouts to help improve his speed, agility, and balance while gearing up for the portrayal of a Black Ops mercenary in the Netflix action thriller Extraction. Then, he gained more muscle for depicting the burly superhero in the franchise’s latest installment, Thor: Love and Thunder (2022). He left the fans in awe of his gigantic biceps in a behind-the-scenes photo from the sets of the film in July 2022.
Hemsworth boasts a massive following of 57.4 million on the photo-sharing platform. He launched a fitness lifestyle app called Centrfit to provide workouts that required little to no equipment. He rolled out the app with an intense bodyweight routine, which he performed on a Naval ship in the middle of the ocean to prove it could be done anywhere.
The 39-year-old offered a challenging core workout that he often uses for getting ripped and strong last September. He followed that up with a grueling 200-rep full-body workout challenge made up of five movements. He added another full-body training routine for optimizing the pump a month later.

Chris Hemsworth improvised a quick workout session while in the wilderness of Kenya earlier this year. Since he didn’t have any gym equipment with him, he used resistance bands, functional equipment, and other objects around him to perform bodyweight exercises.
Hemsworth showed off his lean physique in a core workout update three months ago. Next, he offered a full-body training routine targeting the core for strength and endurance. He looked incredibly lean as he smashed past the arduous exercises.

Schwarzenegger praised Hemsworth’s pump, triceps, and shoulder muscle development as fans chimed in with their reactions.

Australia’s Chris Hemsworth is accustomed to flying around the world for a number of acting gigs. In a recent Instagram post, Hemsworth showed off a rigorous full-body exercise routine which he said was performed to alleviate jetlag.
Upon arrival from a long flight, there’s only one thing on Hemsworth’s mind, and that’s to exercise at the gym. In his latest endeavor, Hemsworth headed to celebrity trainer Grant Roberts’ fitness center in Los Angeles. He made it clear his intention was to “kick jetlag in the arce.”
The video montage featured Hemsworth putting his body to work with various exercises such as medicine ball twists, battle ropes, dumbbell bicep curls, overhead press, a round on the assault bike, landmine press, and a brutal variation of the burpee, which involved Hemsworth adding a pull-up to each jump.

Even though it seemed like an unwinnable battle, Hemsworth tried his best to defeat jetlag as noted in his caption. Given his latest exercise routine, it’s safe to say Hemsworth’s commitment to the gym has become his top priority.

After a 12-hour flight, Chris Hemsworth kickstarted his recovery with an intense workout.
“Just landed in LA, went 12 rounds with jetlag and lost via split decision. Looking forward to an immediate rematch.
Big thanks to @grantrobertsfit for letting us use the gym!” Chris Hemsworth shared. 

“Jet lag one, me zero,” added Hemsworth. “We’re in Grant Roberts’ gym and he’s been kind enough to let us train here. We’re going to kick jetlag in the arse.” 
Aside from the training session above, Hemsworth has remained incredibly busy keeping up with his lifestyle tailored around fitness. The Marvel superstar, who played Thor, in Thor: Love and Thunder, kept fans up to date on his training as he showed off a lean and agile physique in a recent sprint training session.
However, it wasn’t just training that Chris focused on. The 39-year-old’s trainer, Luke Zocchi, said that Hemsworth was tasked with eating upwards of 10 meals daily. Ultimately, his efforts paid off as fans were shocked by the mass Chris added to his biceps.

In addition to playing in superhero films, Hemsworth tested the waters as an elite Black Ops mercenary, a role he took on for the Extraction series. This is quite the challenge indeed. While the workout doesn’t provide exact weight for the dumbbells, the workout is sure to be challenge even utilizing lighter weights. If one set isn’t enough to push you to the next level, subsequent rounds should definitely do the trick.

Hemsworth has continued to show off different exercises, such as agility and explosive strength. On his Instagram account for 55.1 million to see, Hemsworth has started to put his body through yoga and boxing workouts. This time, he kept it going with chest.

Hemsworth was going through a rigorous training regimen and diet last year preparing for one of his Thor projects. Coach Luke Zocchi shared that Hemsworth was consuming up to 10 meals per day trying to build the necessary size for the big screen. It seemed to work as Hemsworth has been able to keep his shredded physique.

Chris Hemsworth is back at it again with some intense workouts to try.
Chris Hemsworth has been on a fitness journey recently that includes putting together different workouts and improving strength in many ways. This includes a new full-body workout that he recently shared, along with trainer Luke Zocchi. 
Hemsworth took to Instagram to share the workout with his 53.6 million followers. The Australian actor has been known for his shredded physique on the big screen and he is continuing to take it to the next level. This particular workout featured a medicine ball as the only piece of equipment. There was a total of seven movements used followed by two minutes of rest. This circuit was repeated four times.

Chris Hemsworth began the workout with wall slams to the right and left. All movements were completed with five reps. Hemsworth completed with slams on the ground and front squats. These are all workouts to improve and build explosive power and strength.
Hemsworth then focused on some core work. He completed five pushups alternating each hand on the medicine ball. The circuit ended with sit ups and Russian twists. The rest period lasted two minutes followed by three more rounds. There are different ways to modify this circuit. This includes using a lighter medicine ball or adding recovery time if needed.

For Chris Hemsworth, this is the type of workout that has helped him transform his physique over time. He is knowns for his roles in Thor and Extraction where he has had to be in top physical shape. This has led to Hemsworth creating a fitness app called CentrFit. This has held him create different workouts to help others accomplish their goals. CentrFit took off during the COVID-19 pandemic when gyms were closed.
In recent months, Hemsworth has been active on social media sharing different workouts and movements to build strength. This is how he has transformed his body over time and that is going to continue over the course of his career. One thing we have seen is that Hemsworth’s workouts are no joke and can be used by anyone to break a sweat.
