lmao, she sounds like my wife, lmao I dont lend money out anymore though! Last time I lent one of my best friends at the time, a few hundred dollars to cover the checks his girlfriend wrote out and mailed, and he does construction and they didnt get paid that friday for some bullshit reason, and instead of having him bounce all his checks, i loaned him the cash, and when i asked for it back, he told me that his Girlfriend didnt think they should have to pay me back because i have money! I almost lost my shit, lol, He told me this at a bar, in front of our other friends, so thank GOD people were there to witness this shit lol cause no one belive me otherwise, lol

SO i dont loan money out anymore! NEVER!

and why so low dose of igf1?? Better doing a cycle lower the dose?
I have just come off of a few months of running 80-100mcg a day with no gear added the gear so lowered the igf to a maintenance dose.

Thanks man, and I have to say that pct-shop gear is good to freakin go man. My strength is going crazy. Tough to keep in check nursing this tricep. Been late to work a few times also just cause I don't want to stop in the gym. Don't want to hardly even rest between sets just go go.

I will increase the igf back up to 60 when my cycle changes up in 6-7 weeks. Run it at 60 for a month then back down to 30

What's up guys? Strength is going crazy getting harder and harder to control myself. Any thoughts on how long the healing should take the Dr said a year, but the Dr doesn't know about the igf.

Here's my 2 cents, based on my experience from several surgeries but specifically rotator cuff repair of full thickness tear and subsequent reattachment.

I came up with the notion that as long as I wasn't hurting myself, then I wasn't hurting myself. What I mean by that is, I let pain be my guide. During the rehabilitation/physical therapy period, I would slowly, carefully increase my weights, paying very close attention to how my shoulder felt during the exercise, and also how it felt the day(s) after. As long as all I had was normal muscle soreness and not "injury pain" (you train regularly, you know what I mean), then all was good.

I checked this theory with my surgeon, who agreed. He actually said that most people have no idea how to listen to their bodies, so for most folks he wouldn't think of agreeing to such an approach, but in my case that was an absolutely valid approach. Provided I was conservative, which I was.

Occasionally, I would push it too hard and would feel it the next day or two. When this happened I'd back the intensity down a notch and proceed more slowly.

It's been 6 or 7 years and have had nothing but steady improvement, no setbacks or "re-injuries".

So that's my suggestion to you. I don't think a specific time frame can be given as everybody heals differently. I think this is one of those things that has to be done entirely by feel. Followup MRI can probably gauge progress in black and white, but as for the progression, you're the only one who can feel your tricep.
 
What's up? I'm wanting to talk about igf and its ability to actually change the shape of your muscles. OK maybe not change the shape but create a rounder fuller muscle belly from insertion to insertion. What makes me say this. Everyone else is what makes me say this. Everyday I get more and more comments and compliments on how big I am getting. When I know my weight has not changed that much, and body fat may be down a bit, but to be honest diet has been shit. I just don't know how to eat like I'm suppose to in the heat. Eating and puking it up an hour later does not make for a good day. So what is causing everyone to think I'm getting bigger. Rounder fuller muscle belly is my only explanation. Like my training partner put it every muscle pops on its own. I hope this is making sense to you guys. Just another feather in the cap of igf. So if you have still not tried MC IGF. Then try it you will not be disappointed.

40mcg bilateral igf
250 test cyp every 2 days
200mg masteron e every 2 days
900mg eq a week
20mg nolvadex a day. Workouts are going great weather cooling off a little everyday so eating is becoming less of a challenge so all is well

I am doing almost the same but just half if your amounts and adding tren e, ehhehe

50mcg bilateral
250 mg test cyp per week
200mg tren e per week
200mg mast e per week
600mg bolde per week

10ui hgh splitted in 2 times per day

It is really working well!
