First of all HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL YOU DADS!!!!!! Another leg day In the books. Started with leg extensions, and have carried Pressers advice over into every exercise I have no idea how many reps I did. 10 sets though with weights pyramiding up. Started with 30lbs up to 150lbs. I should back up a bit, 30 mcgs bilateral where the sweep starts on each quad. Legs are already blowed up just looking like slabs of meat hanging there. Now onto hack machine. Went up to 7 plates per side, and didn't count a single rep and to be honest have no idea how many sets I did. Had every intention of doing squats after that, but happen to see the clock Iin the office and realized I had been doing hacks for an hour and a half lol. Talk about losing yourself in a workout. Now I'm at home and fall into the chair instead of just sitting down. Great workout the igf continues to amaze me.

how long have you been using igf or how long are you going to cycle the igf in total is a better question i am curious about.
 
35 days and will do everything in my power to stay on as long as their is money for it. I feel that strongly. Now I will cycle down to a maintenance dose of 30mcg a day, but will do my best to stay on.

yeah bro, i stay on 30mcgs as a daily dosage with just normal therapeutic testosterone levels, and will double that dosage when i am stacking trenbolone acetate with my propionate. Which is very rare anymore, as i cant handle trenbolone like i use to, no let me rephrase that, i never handled trenbolone well, i'm just smart enough now to recognize this lmao.

Here is where I'm at with strength. It's really gauge anything with my upper body right now. Since I'm still one armed basically. But the accident was February 19th. So I know I have not squatted since then until May 23rd was my first day under the squat bar again and I believe the most I got from 405 was 5 reps. This morning I worked put 2 sets 405 1st set 10 reps 2nd set 12 reps. Partners gave me shit that I didn't go up to 495 but I was pretty content. I still have a long road ahead of me. Now I had still been doing legs but we all no that leg press is not the same as squats. So all that to say fuck yes it makes you stronger. Lol

Yeah i sometimes lower weight and go to the ground and the next day its not pretty hahahaha.
My man last week I did 20 sets of 20 with 200 lbs wow I was one sore puppy. Put me to bed for 4 hrs lol. When I woke I couldn't stop eating.

How does igf1 give you a pump? Isn't igf1 just increase your IGF? The way hgh does?

Just like Presser said, it increases your uptake ability. Say normally you were only able to retain 40g of protein and carbs. By taking Igf-1 you are enhancing your bodies ability to process nutrients, you can double that. Same effect as HGH , but from a direct route instead of conversion in the liver.
 
Ok so we're going to keep this going here. I have started AAS cycle so will be reducing the igf to a 30mcg maintenance dose. I prefer im over sub q so I will just be applying it all over mainly the lagging tricep.
