First of all HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO ALL YOU DADS!!!!!! Another leg day In the books. Started with leg extensions, and have carried Pressers advice over into every exercise I have no idea how many reps I did. 10 sets though with weights pyramiding up. Started with 30lbs up to 150lbs. I should back up a bit, 30 mcgs bilateral where the sweep starts on each quad. Legs are already blowed up just looking like slabs of meat hanging there. Now onto hack machine. Went up to 7 plates per side, and didn't count a single rep and to be honest have no idea how many sets I did. Had every intention of doing squats after that, but happen to see the clock Iin the office and realized I had been doing hacks for an hour and a half lol. Talk about losing yourself in a workout. Now I'm at home and fall into the chair instead of just sitting down. Great workout the igf continues to amaze me.
