I remeber when I did my first cycle of M1T and after 2 weeks I was pissed because I dind't have ne gains or pumps for that matter. Then bam it hit me the 3rd week and I loved it. As for my last cycle of prop/eq/winny I saw gains at about 4 weeks. So just hang in there and stay consistent.

I am sorry I don't remember-- what are your stats?
What are your goals from this cycle? If its to add size, 2500cals isn't going to cut it- not nearly enough.
More info...

i just did a similar cycle, but mine was test 400 and deca 200, it was after week 4 b/c it has to get into ur system,,, but u really need to up ur cals,,, 2500 in not close to enough,,,need to get around 3500-4000. lots of protein 1.5-2gms per body weight. i gained 30lbs, but didnt eat enough at first...mc taught me how, now i got the results that i wanted....thnx mc.

Plan was to gain a little bit of mass and cut down on the bf. Some strength increase was expected. This isn't a huge "bulker" cycle.

The BF is definatley lower so far.

Stats:

Height: 5'10"
Age: 23
Weight: 175-180 somewhere in there.
BF%: 15%

The thing is I've gained better before and have eaten less. I'm def gonna keep the calories bumped at around 3,000 though for the next couple weeks and see how it goes. Protein is high, carbs are high and I'm taking in some healthy fats / EFA's. Diet is pretty clean (85% clean I'd say).

185 Has been the heaviest I've ever been before. Last summer I was at 150, went up to 185 over the winter. Injured my shoulder/forearm one after the other and was out from this past February - May and dropped to 175. So far I've pretty much stayed the same weight and leaned out a little bit on this cycle. Nothing major though.

My goal for the cycle was to hit 190+ and drop some bf to gain definition and hopefully find my abs....

u are exactly like me,,, i was up to 180, mostly fat,,,dieted down to 145-150, "SHRIMP", started back at the gym for a while, now im at 180lbs, 190 was my heaviest and that was during football season....a while back.....memories.....lol

if its your first cycle you should do well but like they said up those calories.
if its not up the dosages. in my opinion test should be a min 400 and deca too.
with the average male oproducing between 77and 111 mg a week 200 isnt that big of a difference to mas out or see results on in 4 weeks.
If you maintain your sodium you can up the testdosages and still stay relatively lean.
U must watch that sodium intake though.
keep us posted on your gains of LBM throughout this cycle, also maybe add a orla to kick start the cycle too..just an idea

Here's My Plan Of Action:

- Keep the Calories Bumped @ 3,000+
- Up The Test From 250 to 500
- Up The Deca From 200 to 400
- Planned on running it for 10 weeks, bump to 15.
- Throw in M1T @ 20mg / Day for the next 2 weeks. I was planning on starting out with this but never did for some reason.... Dunno why...

Sound allright?

except M1t its stronger than dbol and will produce some bloat, honestly dbol ould be better for you than m1T. if you do nolva and such are needed. dont forget pcts after your competition. good luck bro

M1T never gave me bloat. There were three compounds, M1T, Methyl-dien, and another one that was supposed to be similar to dbol--that was the one that gave people bloat. Dbol of course would be better than M1T anyway since it is not a pro-steroid.

Zylo, what is your build like? Do you have relatively thin bones? If you are, you're probably a lot like me. I tried to take 1 gm per week for a cycle of about 10 weeks, eating like a horse, and I didn't gain hardly at all in strength and size. I've gone back off and am making more gains now than I was before which I think is weird.

When I initially 'began,' I went from 150 to 180 in three months. From there I seemed to stop, though strength and size were still very very slowly gaining. I increased my calories just a bit more and then gained another 10 lbs in about two months. So maybe you are just at one of those plateaus. If increasing the doses doesn't seem to work with higher calories, just keep trying to make increases in your workout in strength, and then you'll probably start gaining quickly again after a bit.

Tony,

Yes, small bones, athletic build. Check my pic in the members forum if you want. I'm going to continue with the adjustments I posted above, I'll let you all know how it's going in 2-3 weeks.

Thanks for everyones input.

It's your diet bro, i say you stop sitting on the fence and choose between a bulker or a cutter, go with a bulker and up your calories, then do an ALL out cutter, otherwise u'll skimp on fatloss and mass gain if you try to kill two birds with one stone. Also keep inmind they those of us that have used M1t have been spoiled by how fast it packs on the meat, i've read many times that M1t packs on mass faster than anything even real AAS! Steroids may put on more after the full cycle is done but M1t will slap muscle on u ridiculously fast. I say up your calories and give it time. And ya M1t would be a good addition.

 lol, You're all gonna slap me for this but I'm getting out of the Irongame, yes midway through my first cycle. I'll outline the reasoning below.

I'm sure some of you know this but last summer and a few years before that I had been a competitive triathlete. My race weight for triathlons was 150 pounds at 5'10". This winter I went up to 185 pounds of pretty solid muscle. Thought I might give bodybuilding a real try :) Loved having the muscle. However...

Well I just finished my first triathlon of the season this weekend and I got rocked. I came out of the swim a couple minutes behind the leaders and was 8th in my category going into transition 1. Doing pretty well. I tore off my wetsuit in record time, threw on the helmet and shot out onto the bike course. I tried to keep up with the pack just in front of me but I got dropped.... Hard.... I couldn't keep pace with the pack and I kept falling behind until the gap was too big, they went into the first hill climb and were halfway up by the time I hit the bottom. Halfway up the hill is when it hit me. Carrying an extra 35 pounds uphill is not easy, especially when you havent' trained cardio at all for 8 months because you were trying to bulk up instead....... I went into Transition 2 hoping to gain some ground on the run, I racked my bike, threw on my running shoes and I didn't even take 4 steps before I felt like my legs were ready to give out. The hills on the bike course had broken me down and I had to fight the entire way just to keep a moderate pace on the run. I had my ass handed to me this weekend and I need to compete in triathlons again. I need to be competetive.

I'll still going to lift weights but I'm going to be focusing my training on triathlon specific weight training and not on heavy weight lifting or bodybuilding.

I will also definatley be sticking to the dark side but I'm going to be researching cycles for endurance athletes now :)

Goals for this season is to get back to where I was last year by the end of summer, train hardcore over the winter with the help of the darkside and hopefully compete as an elite level triathlete next year. We'll just have to wait and see how fast I can get back down to 150! Yes, you heard me! My goal weight is 150! :D

Change Of Plans For This Cycle:

Finish At Week 10 as originally planned.

250mg / Test
200mg / Deca

Save everything else for future cycles.

If anyone has some info on the kinds of gear that are most beneficial to endurance athletes let me know!

I've heard EQ or Winny.

Anything that can increase my red blood cell count.

Oh, also, does anyone know how hard to get EPO is? Should I even bother trying to find it locally or is it one of those impossible to find things?

Thanks!

LOL, btw, I have some pics of me in my sleevless wetsuit coming out of the water, I'll try to upload them soon. I look ridiculously big compared to all the other triathletes around me. Compared to most of the bro's here on the board I'm not that big but compared to those triathletes I'm a tank right now! (Soon to change)

Yes, I've heard / read that EPO isn't the safest. I am just researching it right now so I can learn about it. I may never use it, but I at least want to educate myself on it.

If anyone else has some info on that or gear/cycles for endurance athletes, feel free to share. I'll be sure to post pictures for everyone once i hit my goal weight of 150

:)

Good luck, Zylo. I think with your training, you won't have any need of EPO.
