It is very difficult to do both for most, they end up half assing both so its best to chose one- on your case you focus needs to begin at losing body fat.
Again I think you really need to focus on diet and cardio and not on the juice right now. Once you have a consistent regimen, then you can begin to consider adding supplementation.
 
First off, what is your cycle experience? Have you used any gear before? how long have you been training and what are you stats? If you have never run any gear before, I would highly advise against Tren. BUT no matter what steroids you use, DIET is the key factor in loosing fat and gaining muscle. Plain and simple. It's about what you put into your body to get the outcome you want. I will advise on gear that I know about after I have seen your stats, if you have used any AAS before, and what your diet looks like and how long you have been training.
 
What difference does it matter if he used gear before. Tren is Tren and prior steroid use doesnt make it not so.

Now, I could give you a complete 4 WEEK cycle that will add 25 plus lbs of lean mass and shred the BF at the same time...with low to no sides

Diet is important but to the extent of that its clean and loaded with A LOT of protein.

I'd have to see it to beleive it, my best cycles ever might have added that but they were 3 to 4 times as long and never did I shred, I'd say at least 25% of the gains were water. I would be interested to see this cycle that adds 25 LM in one month.

Not to be harsh, but it sounds to me that you haven't used steroids before and need to do far more research before even thinking of using them. Do yourself a favor and really educate yourself about them first as well as diet and your exercise plan.

Bro...Not sure about the attitude and your response here to Wooody but let me elaborate a little on the question and the response....

1st - Tren is tren and you are right, but previous cycle and training experience is very important. When people start recomending different gear to guys who have not ran anything before let alone something with as many sides as tren then problems occure. Previous cycle experience gives us (the staff who are seasond vets and have mroe than a few cycles as well as in most cases quite a few years in age behind their responses) the knowledge we are looking for which can tell us a bit more about that persons training experience etc..
2nd - 10 pounds of lean muscle in one year is about the average that most normal people can achieve. 25 pounds of lean mass in 4 weeks is a pretty far fetched leap from reality. Ronnie doesnt do it so go figure. If it were that easy then every pencil necked dip shit around would be running gear which leads me to the last comment......i say this about two dozen tinmes a yaer on each site i moderate on....gear is not a magic pill and no matter how much you stick, swollow or ingest in any other manner will not make you huge over night....dont disrespect those of us who have spent years doing what we do and working hard for the look we have achieved by saying that its easy and can be done on a 4 wek cycle.....
3rd - no to little sides and gaining 25 pounds in four weeks is not gonna happen so before you hand out bad advice or information which is misleading do some research on your own.....

Well im sorry I apologize if I started a problem. But after talkin to friends and listening to what alot of people have been telling me. I think im gonna stop the Tren and just eat a good diet. So if anyone can help me if they have a pesonal diet plan they can give me. These magazine diet plans are confusing. Half a spoon of peanut butter and crushed almonds its to crazy. Just simply what you guys eat on a monday thru sunday diet. What to stay away from and what to eat. Also what type of exercise plan like running or situps how many I should do or how long should I run? Just stuff like that.

you didnt start a problem. other issues were just drug out into this thread.

BUT, back to the real topic here:
good choice to quit using the tren. It can really shut you down. AAS can have bad side effects that can be permanent even.

really, you have to learn to start eating for fuel, and not for flavor. That doesnt mean you cant enjoy eating, but you just wont always enjoy it. Eating clean, every 3-4 hours is a start. Of course a cheat meal once or twice a week is acceptable and really helps keep you on target in the long run.

food choices: lean meats (redmeat, chicken, turkey, tuna, fish, etc.), eggs, low or no fat diary products (cheese, milk, cottagecheese, etc.). Carbs should be a staple in the diet as well. This is a little more difficult as you need to find unprocessed carbs. So learn to read nutrition labels. Fats should be rather sparce, and the "good" kind.

back to answer your original question Dreww has some good info here but I just wanted to throw in one other idea for you...

IGF can help you build muscle and lose fat but I agree with MMX2 tht it is very hard to do and instead of trying to do 2 things at once it's better to focus on one and do it right. On the other hand, if you eat right, train right and supplement I've had the fortunate experience of cutting with IGF and actually gaining muscle over a short 4 weeks.

Before turning to the dark side, I used to compete as a lifetime natural bodybuilder. My first year I went from 206lbs to 203lbs before dropping 20lbs of water a few days before the show (23lbs in five days was my best, I almost passed out on stage). I competed at 183. I started out six months out from the show at 11 percent bodyfat and the last show I was 4.5 percent bodyfat. It is possible to lose fat and gain muscle but for me, it was like a full time job cooking and eating protein. I actually ate more then I was used to but 400+ grams of protein a day.

With anabolics, it depends on what you are after. My first cycle I went crazy with anadrol, dbol, sust and EQ. Along with 4IU of gh and 25mcg of t3 per day. My game plan was to eat like there was no tomorrow and then drop the extra weight on the second cycle. I got as high as 228 but my bodyfat went from 9% to under 7%, on the gh it didn't matter what I ate I couldn't gain bodyfat.

Now a days when I do a cycle it is to get ready for summer. My #1 concern is dropping fat. I don't go much above 10 percent bf. When I cycle it is ususally prop, winstrol, EQ, 100mcg per day t3, bromo, clen. I up my protein and clean up my diet. My weight typically goes up 5-8lbs but I can drop an easy 4% bf in 10 weeks.

Winstrol is rumored to have a small weight loss effect. That is it. Diet drugs are made to have you lose weight, anabolics are there to help you gain muscle.
