I don't cook much but my wife is a killer cook. If it were up to me I would eat the same 2 or 3 things over and over again lol

Lactose Free Rice Pudding

Ingredients for original recipe (post workout)

1st part
2 cups of white rice
1-1/2 cups of almond milk
1/3 of raw honey

2nd part
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 beaten egg
1 tbs of coconut oil
1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:

Heat sauce pan on medium/low heat. Add the 1st part of the ingredients, stir for about 15 minutes until it is thick and creamy. After 15 minutes remove from heat and add the second part of the ingredients and mix well. Serve warm or cold

Right now I don't add honey or egg. I use Stevia for sweetener and just keep the fats from the coconut oil. I also throw a scoop or two of whey to even flavor it some more.

This is amazing for post workout or even pre workout
