Hi Guys,

Just wanted to make a comment on the delivery of my IGF-LR3.

I ordered it on 1st January was dispatched on 5th and i received it on the 13th so 8 days in total which was great considering it was international delivery.

I have used the IGF-LR3 for the last few days along with the end of my current cycle. I'm using 40mcg IM bi-laterally in the Biceps, Shoulders & Quads though I've not experienced the pumps that some users have spoken of???

I have no doubt in the product but was curious as to whether it may be down to my dosage being to small, any advice on this from current users would be appreciated.

My current training regime is high reps 30+ with low weight.

Im currently weighing 240lb's.

Thanks

Paddy

Paddy, are you in Canada? I wonder how much you paid if anything upon receival, any custom dues? I am still using IGF-1 lr3 from other source, I did not experience pumps until a few days in. I am also running lower dose of 50mcg, and just like you, I am also doing higher rep routines almost exclusively for the last 18 months, 20 reps in each set. And I am doing keto in the same time, which takes away from pumps. Are you on low carb diet? Or running at deficit?

Hi PUMPchenko,
I live in the UK so i had no additional fees to pay. Perhaps ill give it another week on IGF and gauge it from there with a view to increasing it to 60mcgs.
As you have been using the high rep/Low weight regime, for 18 months how are you finding it in regard to gain etc...?
How long have you been running IGF and how are the results for you?
I'm just coming to the end of a bulking cycle so my Carb/Protein intake has been quite high.

Paddy. I arrived at higher rep phylosophy through many injuries doing the usual progressive overload with 6-10 reps per set. I am 47 years old, it was a time to change something. You will not believe how much shit I had to take from everybody on bodybuilding forum for advocating higher rep routines. Anyway, lyrics aside, 20 reps work amazingly good. for 18 months I only had two injuries which were not attributed to lifting. One was from boxing (over extension to my elbow) and another was shoulder injury from throwing knives. I reached my goal of 195 lbs at 15% BF, and right now I am at 210 and leaning back down. I never used steroids, so maybe that is why I had to improvise so much with higher reps. The most notable growth was my legs, they responded to higher reps like duck to the pond. Say, for example, my leg press moved from 4 plates per side to 7 plates since last March. My wide-grip lat pulldown from 130# to 190#, chest, shoulders - I was adding plates to every move. The trick with with higher rep routines is going heavier, past lactic burn. Say, if you pull down 145 lbs and feel massive lactic burn on your last 5-6 reps, believe me, you can go 160# and still do the same 20 reps. There will be different feel though. There weres some studies, where researchers arrived to one conclusion, that it is not number of reps that makes muscle respond, but rather honesty of your effort. Hope this makes sence.

It is only two weeks ago that I got my hands on IGF-1 lr3, Melanotan II and Peg MGF, I am running all 3, say, for 12 days so far. Like I said, this is my first time injecting anything. My son laughs at me, he lost his virginity to test cypionate (did I spell it right), and I am still kind of doubtful if I actually need it. I mean, at my age and 200+ pounds, I think I did pretty good naturally, not counting experimentation with IGF1. Still yet to see results from peptides
