I love doing close grip bench presses with my elbows really close to my ribs. What is your fave?

I agree with you, close grip bench is my favorite. This is what i was doing on it, I was using my wraps to make the bar a little thicker and it felt better.

Haven't quite figured this one out yet.

Although I seem to feel the hammer tricep pushdown machine (or whatever the fuck its called) better than any other movement. You know the one where you put on a seat belt to stay planted? I love that thing!

barbell pullover and press......it's two movements into one exercise.....basically you're prestretching the tris with the pullover and saving the elbows (no need to do lying bb ext then) and then getting the nice contraction with the press portion of the movement

basically a dip movement while sitting still, I love that too, but cant do it for a couple more months w any decent weight

I like to do close grip .... But the last time I did them as soon as I got done my right arm went to sleep.. I think I must pinched a nerve I think... But I could be wrong.

Exactly, it's a dip but it allows me to pile on the weight without attaching a fucking belt a plate or two to myself. It also just feel it better all through out the movement. I can totally reach a mind/muscle connection that I can't or haven't been able to do with dips.

seated skull crushers are hands down the best..........the range off motion is huge. i like um

I feel u there, def can get into stackin the weight more on that than having plates on a chain swinging by the goods

Yeah, I like that machine, too. I also like cable pushdowns. Those seem to work really well for me.

I used to do the skulls until it wrecked my tendons. Can't go heavy on those anymore at my age without a really good warmup.
