I love doing close grip bench presses with my elbows really close to my ribs. What is your fave?
basically a dip movement while sitting still, I love that too, but cant do it for a couple more months w any decent weightHaven't quite figured this one out yet.
Although I seem to feel the hammer tricep pushdown machine (or whatever the fuck its called) better than any other movement. You know the one where you put on a seat belt to stay planted? I love that thing!

I feel u there, def can get into stackin the weight more on that than having plates on a chain swinging by the goodsExactly, it's a dip but it allows me to pile on the weight without attaching a fucking belt a plate or two to myself. It also just feel it better all through out the movement. I can totally reach a mind/muscle connection that I can't or haven't been able to do with dips.
