IGF / Prohormone Cycle Log

I'm loving the feel of the Syntherol in my Biceps! It feels like they have been super pumped all day.

I have been massaging them all day to make sure I do not get any lumps.

There was definitely a noticable difference even from .5ml. I will be taking it very slow on this stuff.
 
Sweet. I take it you guys looked into it. Technically, I do not think it is a ProHormone. It's a "Designer Steroid"

I imagine it's gonna be difficult to get after the ban though. That's why I am stocking up.

Is there anything from AAA you think I should add? I was considering adding some GHRP2 for appetite, or should I save that for PCT to help maintain gains (that's the plan)?
 
Some say GHRP-2 doesn't have the appetite benefit that GHRP-6 does for them. Seems to be specific to who is using it from my research. I'm about to give both a try so I'll let cha know...

Tanks Austin, I have read that also. I have also read to start with the GHRP2 though, because the GHRP6 can make it go out of control. I'm already fat, so I'm a little concerned about that. I'm doing really well with my diet though. (I think)

It seems like I should have gained something by now. I have actually Lost 1lb.

I'm starting with GHRP-6 because I've been stuck at the same weight forever due to my inability to reach my calorie requirements. I'm gonna start a detailed log on it so you'll have to follow along. I'm thinking of doing GHRP-6 first thing in the am and using GHRP-2 before bed starting at 100-150mcg each. I'm going to start out with just the GHRP's first before trying to add in any GHRH for synergy. I'm a firm believer in knowing how each compound feels/reacts in my body before adding multiple compounds of AAS, so I am incorporating that mentality into my Peptide use as well. Peps should be here Thursday. Hoping to start Friday... Cant wait..... ;)

I'm currently 3-4 weeks into a nice Blast. Test Sustanon 300mg EOD, NPP 150mg EOD, Masteron Prop 50mg EOD, Proviron 50mg ED and Adex 0.5mg EOD.
I'm a Blast and Cruise guy. Blast around 16-20 weeks with a short 4-6 week cruise of 250mg Test a week.

Hoping these GHRP's help bring me out of the rut I'm stuck in weight wise. Been stuck at 175-180 lbs for months on end... Not eating enough Brother... :(

UPDATE: Day 6

Worked Arms today. It was a great workout. I can always tell, because I am soaked from head to toe.

Sets/Reps
Dumbell Bicep Curls 4/10
Cable curls 5/10
Preacher Curls 4/8
Hammer Curls 3/10
Reverse Curls 4/8
Tricep Pushdowns 6/10
Skull Crushers 5/8
35 Pushups

Standing Calf Raises 5/To Completion

I know I should have done more for my triceps, but my Delts were burning the entire workout, and it was killing me! I had a really hard time making my shake because of the intense burn.

I split my Trest and IGF into each Tricep today. It hurt like %#$@! I'm not sure I want to do that again. It's fine now though, and I have an Amazing pump throughout my arms. (Maybe I will...)
I'm also not sure if it okay to mix those or not. I've read both opinions from others. Please let me know what you think.

So, I had my PWO shake, and I'm now having my Post JYM (BCAA's, Creatine HCL, Glutamine). The watermelon is great!
I added 12g of Dextrose for an insulin spike. Like I said, I have insulin, but I'm scared of that stuff, especially with the IGF.

Getting ready to go cook some eggs/chicken sausage. Yum!

P.S. My biceps feel like they are going to split open! Lol!

Keep Test at least 400mg/week split into 2 doses for at minimum 10 weeks. Better for 12 weeks. I'd up my MC IGF dose to 40mcg per side with a total of 80mcg daily pre workout and apply it in the muscle your training that day. Like if its arm day, Apply to the bicep peak. Everything else looks good to me buddy.

Just Eat, Train, Eat and Rest CONSISTENTLY!!!!

Thanks man. I will do that! I like the idea of running for 12 weeks. So, does that mean I would start my HCG @ Week 15? I read you are supposed to give the Cyp time to drop a bit.

I will have enough Trest for 80 Days @ 25mg/Day. I'm ordering more, but I am hoping to be able to save it for my next cycle.
I did my first Tricep injections today. I did not like that. I think it was because I couldn't aspirate. It doesn't feel safe. I tried but just ended up pushing the pin around. It was not fun...

Made a couple changes:
Bumped Test to 400mg/Week for 12 Weeks
Bumped IGF to 80mcg/Day Bilaterally

Okay, so I just took my first Syntherol injections in my calves. I only pinned .25ml in each leg. I started at the top on the inside. I will be pinning 4 places in each calf. 2 on each side, for a total of 8 injections. I'm going to wait an hour or two and see how they feel. Then, I may go ahead and pin the other sides.


So far so good. No pip to speak of at that amount. I will be massaging them all day.


I still have not made any gains, but i can definitely see a difference. I looked in the mirror, and everything looks fuller, and I seem to be leaner also. I am starting to see more definition around my abs. Keep in mind I am doing no cardio at all. I will be posting some pics soon. I'll probably post pics every 2 weeks to monitor results.

I am noticing some mild Acne on my neck. I have never had a problem with Acne before, so I hope it doesn't get too bad. Other than that, no sides.


On a personal note; I broke up with my girlfriend last night after 3 years. It's a long story, but I just do not feel that she is "the one". I love her, but I am not "in love" with her. There is no reason to waste any more of her time. I also quit my job a month ago, so I have a lot going on right now. This is really helping me to keep my mind off of things. I have no friends, so this has been really nice. Thanks Guys!


I also need to know if it is okay to mix IGF with Syntherol in the same syringe. Someone please help me with this, because I have read different opinions on this, and do not know for sure.

So far, this has been an Awesome experience. I know the gains are coming slow, but I am being patient.
I am willing to put in the work.
This is very important to me.

I know it's not going to happen overnight, but I really want to look like you guys! You have no idea how bad I want this.
 
No PCT?

So, I just received this message, and I wanted to see what you guys think.

"In your original post you said you were going to PCT with nolva etc. If you are on TRT why are you going to PCT? It wouldn't be unnecessary.
If you are going to remain on your 200 mg TRT dose, then it is pointless to run the nolva or HCG. Also, it is inevitable that you will lose most of your gains. However, being on TRT certainly makes it easier then people who come off completely and have to run a full PCT. On a side note, you may want to have an AI on hand incase you experience any estrogen related sides due to increasing your test dose or from the trest.
My first question is why are you on HRT if you are thinking about taking a break?

If you PCT you will surely lose more gains then if you just remained on HRT. (Is this true?)

Also, if you are planning on cycling, then running pct, then running a cutting cycle it makes even less sense to PCT.

Finally, there is an undeniable mental aspect people often underestimate when running steroids: you will want to run more than two cycles. The pump, feeling, look, strength etc. is something you cant achieve without it. Everytime you come off you will lose a little something and never be quite as satisfied as when you were on. Just keep that in mind.

My suggestion would be to run your cycle as is then continue to stay on your HRT dose. There's really no reason to ever come off unless you never needed it in the first place. After you cruise on your HRT dose for a month or two, evaluate how much of your gains you kept. If you feel you want to get bigger then run something else over winter. No need to cut when you cant show it off. Hold off on that until spring." (I wasn't planning on running my cutting cycle until February.)

This is the first time I have heard of not running PCT. Can someone please clarify this for me?
I thought I needed to run PCT in order to restore my natural Test levels, and to help maintain the gains made before I run my next cycle.

First don't apply anything with IGF. IGF is suspended in acetic acid. Syntherol and the Trestolone are suspended in oil. Don't mix any of it. Do PH, IGF, and Syntherol should all be injected separately.
If you are taking 200mg a week of test a week for permanently HRT than no you do not need to PCT.

So, would there be no benifit for the HCG at all? My sister is a DR., and she prescribes it for weight loss all the time.

When I received my IGF, it was wrapped with instructions that said to mix it with my SEO.

BTW, I just pinned 2 more spots on the inside of my calves. It's a little sore, but no big deal. I've read that it really hurts once you get some oil built up though.

My levels were not super low. They were 450 before I started HRT. My Dr. said he does not mind working in the Grey area. I got on it to help me grow in the gym. That is all. Now they are between 650-700, well, that's probably changed now. Hopefully...

I just want to make sure I can maintain my gains the best way possible.

UPDATE:

I received my bodyfat caliper today and took some measurements.
My bodyfat is 24%, so I have a lot of work to do.
