UPDATE: Day 7
Still no gains, but I can tell a difference when I look in the mirror. I must be gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. That is fine with me.
I can also tell that my muscles are harder.
My Delts seem A Lot bigger. That is from the 200mcg of IGF that went into Each one by mistake. They swole up when I did that, and they barely went back down!
It is very motivating to see such a difference so quick.
I still have not experienced any sides except for a bit of acne on the back of my neck. I bought some Cetephil for before bed, Neutrogena for the shower, and some astringent. Checking nipples and the boys every day. No change.
I decided to take the day off, because I spent 8 hours working on Math today, and I still have more to do. That much math always wears me out. I have not had time to look for a Training Regimen yet, but that is on the agenda for this evening. Tomorrow is Leg Day!
I pinned some more Syntherol today, and it went great! I pinned .5ml in the outer head of each Bicep, and .5ml on the insides of my calves.
I was only going to inject into 2 different places in my calves, but I decided to do three so that it will be distributed more evenly.
I will definitely do more in my biceps next time, because I cannot even feel .5ml in my outer bicep.
Calves are a different story. When it’s in there, you feel it. It doesn’t really hurt, but they are sore. Mostly, they just feel tight and pumped. I like it!
DUDE, you asked about my diet. I keep a pretty clean diet. I have lost 25lbs in the last year ½ without any cardio at all. I do not crave any junk food ever!
So far today I have had:
Mini Wheats w/2 cups milk and 2 tbsp of SynthaPURE. BEST PROTEIN I'VE HAD! It barely has a taste to it at all. The only ingredient is Whey Isolate. Nothing Else!

2 Eggs ( 2tbsp Olive Oil, pepper), Chicken Sausage, SynthaPURE mixed with 2 cups milk and some sugar free chocolate syrup
48gm Protein
Peanut Butter/Celery
14gm Protein
ON Pro Complex Gainer with 2 cups of milk+Water
600 Calories/85g Carbs/60gm Protein - Minus the milk
Seared Ahi Tuna Steak with Olive Oil, garlic, oregano, basil, parsley, (23gm Protein), Baked Sweet Potato with a little cinnamon, Stewed Squash/Onions. I will also add a mixture of Sriracha, lite Mayo, and just a touch of A1 (I'm careful with sodium) for the remoulade.
I will have some yogurt/granola later with 1tbsp/SynthaPURE and a little milk to help with consistency, and maybe a shake before bed.
My International Egg Whites will be here Tomorrow! I’m looking forward to that! I will be drinking 1 cup (26gm Protein) before bed every night. This will give me the slow release protein I need at night. I will most likely be adding either SynthaPURE, or BSN Syntha 6. I also like to add some fat free, sugar free pudding. Usually banana or pistachio.
I will finally be getting a 10ml bottle of Trestolone Deca next week, if that works out (Fingers Crossed).
Tomorrow begins week 2!
So, starting tomorrow, I will be going from 25mg/ED to 75mg/EOD of Trestolone. That's a 100mg increase for the week.
Dianadrol goes up to 60mg//ED Tomorrow.
I will continue everything else the same.
I may have found a source for some Dbol. I'm thinking of adding 10mg/ED at the end of my cycle as a bridge. I also ordered some Ostabol for the bridge.
FYI, when I make any changes, I will be revising my Original Post. Hopefully that will help to prevent any confusion.
