Andrew Tate, the controversial social media influencer, has denied taking steroids, and testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). In a recent Twitter post, Tate showcased his ripped physique and underscored that he’s never touched steroids or TRT.

Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate were arrested last December in Romania, Bucharest for alleged human sex-trafficking crimes until the end of March. Following a number of appeals to be discharged from an initial 30-day detention, Romanian authorities released the Tate brothers on March 31. Tristan and Andrew deny all allegations.

Having been released, Andrew Tate’s following has only swelled online. He boasts 6.2 million Twitter followers despite being banned from other social media platforms. He was able to document most of his time in prison and shared that he was allotted just one meal a day. Tate still trained while incarcerated, which he credits for preserving his mental focus. Currently under house arrest with two women related to his court case, Tate showed off his ripped physique.

In a Twitter post published on April 19, Andrew Tate shared his current physique. In a follow-up comment, he vehemently denied the use of steroids and TRT, adding that he’s never taken the substances in his life.

“I am on precisely zero steroids or TRT of ANY KIND. NEVER HAVE BEEN. Never taken them in my life, ever. I am a man who eats once a day and trains. THAT IS ALL. I swear this before GOD. I will take and pass ANY TEST, try me. Accept i am a genetic specimen of absolute brilliance. Gods soldier. Powerful beyond belief. I do not need drugs. I am not you. I am me.” Andrew Tate wrote.

Tate isn’t the only popular influencer whose ‘natty or not’ status has been under the microscope. Bodybuilder and model Mike O’Hearn has come under fire for suspected steroid use. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has also been accused of using such substances, as podcast host Joe Rogan pointed out a few months ago.

Perhaps the most notorious ‘natty or not’ case belongs to Brian Johnson, who is well known as the Liver King. After claiming to be natural for more than a year online, Johnson came clean after Derek from The More Dates More Plates YouTube channel exposed his cycle in a leaked email

The last time bodybuilding fans heard from Andrew Tate, he took issue with the sport, suggesting that athletes only pursue the endeavor because they don’t have the skills to participate in a real fight. He went as far as to say that ‘all bodybuilders are pussys afraid of combat sports.’
