The only thing to watch is water bloat with creatine. If you are trying to "cut" its still good but some people get kinda bloated off certain creatine esthers. I personally take it and believe in it. I would not run var alone either. I always gain about 3 or 4 pounds when I get on creatine from water. Just watch for water weight.
I have bro and I loved it combined, the igf shuttled all the creatine into my muscle it seemed much much faster and i didnt need to frontload the creatine like they say to do i guess cause the igf made sure i utalized every bit of the creatine and within 2 days time i was extremely pumped all through out the day however it didnt last more then 2 weeks,lol
