looking tighter this week, waking up n the morning very tight, even when going to sleep have 4 abs showing
hams are tighter, and glutes finally have a split in them
will stay on the igf for another 8-9 weeks until show... i will have pics up very soon !!!

when i get a freakin camera

i hired jason artnz to do my contest prep for the nxt 10 weeks, i am meeting with him today...
so i will HAVE to start taking progress pictures ASAP.
