hands fall asleep

when i sleep my hands/arms fall asleep alot, more and more as i grow. Does this happen to you??

As I grow I also can't sleep on my back- if I do I stop breathing...

yes this always happens, its annoying, I was told that it isd due to nerve impingment on the anterior side of your shoulder like where it meets the pec

Yep, happens to me, too. I often wake up with numb arms. It has also made me snore so much that I wear a mouth piece called Puresleep to keep my airway open at night.

yes, several times a night.....i can't lay on my back because i can't breathe right so on either side and usually fold my arms....but leaving them stretched they fall asleep also

a doctor and other bbers told me it happens more when im on cycle because the extra water is pushing on the blood flow of the veins impeding proper blood flow, it happens quite often when guys are on high water retaining substances like androl and dbol, but can be with any steroids that retain water alot and its usualy an issue with the extra water ur holding brutha

This happened to me when I reached my heaviness. The numbness, the breathing problems, wow. My wife would get freaked out and wake me up because I wouldn't breath for like 20, sometimes 30 seconds.

yeah im the same way and it also freaks my wife out, however now I snore like a mother fucker, to the point i wake up with a sore throat, and I wind up waking up every morning on our couch because she litterlay wakes me up and kicks me out of bed cause im waking her up with my snoring,lol

I cant blame her though she gets up at 5 a.m. every morning so i feel bad

Huh....I've never had that happen except when I'm sleeping on them, then they'll fall asleep

Yes! I was skeptical it would work at first, but the next day after I got it, my wife told me it was so good to be able to sleep without having to push me to make me stop snoring. So it actually works quite well.

parasethia is a common condition were pressure is being exherted on a nerve and in rare cases there is damage to neurons. It happens to me when driving long distances and my hands on the wheel. I grip the wheel tight for some reason. If your on AAS, the the extra pressure, particuarly at night, depending on if your hands are above your heart or below, this will happen. No worries, no harm just feels wierd. Heat will generally help.
