Triceps and shrugs...

Does anyone else start to feel their triceps getting a burn from doing high reps for shrugs? It doesn't matter if I do DB or barbell shrugs, when I get in a groove and start repping them out, I start to get a burn in my triceps. Not sure why, but thought I can't be the only one
 
shrugs are one of my fav things to do and I never feel burning in my tris from em
 
Maybe just using too much weight I guess. I know I'm definitely not doing the movement wrong because I have the same form whether it's 50# DB or 110# DB. I guess it might be because I never use straps and it could be from my grip beginning to fail towards the end and I really start squeezing everything in my arm to hold on

yeah I see the same results staying with dbs under 100s as I do with going much higher, so to keep your spine safe dont go too heavy anyways

I only go up for one set of 100 or more. I stay light on DB for the most part and only really go up to 315 on barbell
 
My arms always just have a very slight bend in them and it doesnt happen to me, they should be pretty straight
