Stupid Habits that we have......

mine is flushing midstream....i never time it right and usually have to flush again....

also the tv volume is numbered i don't allow it to be on odd numbers....i keep thinking something will be jinxed....even numbers only
 
That's funny, because I have the same thing except with odd numbers... and it goes for anything (including the volume on my tv!!) Reps in the gym, the time I set my alarm for, etc... I "fear" even numbers and numbers that end in 5. I do reps in the 11-13 range, for example... and I set my alarm for 6:49am.
 
may sound strange but when i sit down to eat i must spin my plate of food until the food is in the right spot and feels comfortable to eat.
 
I will never do anything with the number 13~ volume on radio or tv, reps, if im moving incline up on treadmill I pass it quickly etc
 
I guess the only weird thing I can think of right now is that other than clocks that set themselves, I never set a clock to the same time as another one. For example one will be 1:00, another will be 12:59, 1:01 and so on. I don't know why, but I have always done that. And my alarm clock is always faster than the actual time.
 
Lol. A thread about our obsessive compulsiveness. A required trait in bodybuilding.
 
i constantly check my nose for nose hairs peeking out, it bugs me....i always think there is one hanging low by the lip.
i always re-arrange the table settings at restraunts. there has to be the right amount of napkins.
when i eat a waffle, i have to feel each little square individually with syrup.

I guess I can only say I WAS this way. I'm getting married on Friday the 13th! I also constantly try to pull hairs from my arms, eye brows, eye lashes and nose. I never stop on the 13th rep though. I also cant sit for more than a minute or two. I have to get up for something every few minutes. I can sleep a few hours at a time at night before I have to make an aimless OCD trip.
 
I always check my zipper when coming out of a bathroom, even if I remember zipping it. Sometimes I have to check two or three times.

Lol, I have no problem with the number 13. Friday the 13th seems to always be my best luck day as opposed to every other day.

Thank you! I said I would never marry again, but I can't stand the thought of her not being in my life. She makes everything better. Not to mention she is gorgeous. I'll post some pics when I get a chance.

when i make a sandwhich..... meat goes on the left slice of bread, and on the left its lettuce, THEN tomato. On the meat its salt/pepper FIRST, then mustard, THEN cheese. So when the sandwhich is actually built it goes like this (from top down.... bread,lettuce,tomato,cheese,mustard,S&P,meat,and finally bread. Thats right

I stop on 13 alot... even the speed and resistance on my cardio machines MUST be set to an odd number... can't be even. It feels wrong!

And when I'm using dumbbells, I have to make sure that the numbers on the weights are facing me (if in my lap) or right-side up facing each other, I'm picking them up from the ground. If it's not like that before I start, I have to adjust them so I can begin.

lol nice, over the years I do those types of things less thankfully
 
when im in the gym i always make sure all the holes in the plates line up even if its a 45 and 10

I do something similar, but I always make sure that the writing on the plates are facing out. I hate going in and their turned around. Not that I can't tell what they are, but it's easier to grab ahold of with the lip on the outside
