Muscle recovery being better when on vs not on is supposed to be increased. Im not 100% agreeable that recovery is dramatically increased only bc when on, the lifter generally is hoisting serious heavier weights and really gets into the workouts. Also, the recovery would only be really increased if adequate nutrients and sleep are there.
Anyway, lets pretend we have all the ingredients, do you guys think the smaller muscles should be trained every 5th day or whats your opionion?

you have to just listen to your body is what it falls down to everyone is a bit different

For MYSELF, recovery is far superior when ON for me. I will work same body part 2 x a week. My workout/routine is very unorthodox but extremely effective for me.
I don't go super heavy with the weights, but I do increase them, I add more reps and intensity, the results are great. Took me many years to learn how to listen to my own body and know when and what it is saying. Listen to your body, it will speaks volumes my son!

I'm def feeling that my chest seems to recover quick. Triceps no bc it gets so much work with shoulders and chest. My back could go every 5th day. Legs is based on how hard I hit them. Im certain some of this is basci for you guys and Im talking to myself, .. very much appreciating your feedback. Calves need serious work so i want to hit them about every 5th day. You guys have seen my shoulders. They grow easy. Its my best part. Whats left, hmmm.. Biceps get major work when doing back. So I think I will try back and chest twice per week and let you guys know how its goes. I would be interwested in what Saudeades, Nuk, Chris250 and Nuk think. If I left anyone out, I didnt mean to.
Thanks Guys!!

i dont train any more when on vs. off. Like you said, when on you are growing faster and lifting more so you dont always needs to stack more volume on top of that.
Generally what works for you off cycle will work for you on cycle. KISS method.

I train the same whether I'm on or not. Makes no difference. I think the only thing that changes is that I might go for a couple extra sets when on
