lol and yet my chest doesnt grow bc of genes.......... I always do the cables towards the end of chest days like crossovers and the one that you make the shape of an upside down 'V' starting at hips and going up to infront of face w hands supinated
You sound like me. I used to get up to 365 on the incline for 10 and fill the entire Hammer Strength machines plus hang 25's from the handles. Eventually I learned to focus only on the chest and take almost all the front delt out of it. On top of that I pre exhaust. My chest has improved greatly, but won't ever be like Nuk or Chris or Presser's due to my genes. I rarely get injured now and training is more enjoyable.
