Changing up workouts !!!

How often do you guys change up your workouts !!! I think I have hit a wall on all my workout.. Thwe only body part that I think that is growing is my legs.. And for me that isn't a bad thing because my legs was like toothpicks and now they look like 2 by 4's.. lol !! But I think it is time to change up things on ever thing esle !!
 
This is a problem I have. I get stuck in a rut with the same workout. Lately, I've been trying to make a conscious effort to change things up.
 
why dont you try adding drop sets,triple drops, and superset?

that always seems to kick ass for me.

ive been rescently doing alot of quarter reps starting from the stretched posision. its been working really good giving me whole new pain feeling.

try it out bro.

or buy arnolds body building encyclopedia, there awsome shit in there, the new version though, its like 50-60 bucks.

triple drops......its like a giant set but in reverse. lets say your squating 405lbs and hit 8-10 reps.....have two poeple take 1 plate off and try and match those same repatitions or hit more, then take another plate off and repeat then take another off and repeat.

so on your last set you should have done 135 lbs for 10-15 reps.

i do it with all body parts.
