12 Hour days are going to kill ME !!!

I've been at this job of mine for a little over 4 years and I work 6 days a week 95% of the time.. Now thwy are haveing us work 7 days a week and 12hrs a day Mon- Firday... With training and getting up at 7am I don't know how much more of this I can take.. I think it is time for me to start looking for a new job.. Family life is starting to get shitty at the home .. I just need to find a job where I can soend more time with my boys !!!

I heard that bro! I work on call 24/7 and travel all the time. I have been looking for another job for some time now but just can't find anything that pays as well!

I hear ya man. My last job had me doing that to 6 days a week at night and it does fuck your home life up. I work days now with less hours but my littles girls see me alot now. The only thing I miss are those paychecks I use to get but getting time with my girls makes up for it.
