Would deca actually help if you suffered from chronic joint/back pain? Seems to me like it would. Being on HRT for over 12 years, I would think it would also be prudent to be on at least a small amount of deca to keep joints lubricated. I just wish docs could prescribe it for HRT reasons.

I hope so.. I'm getting ready to try it for the frist time starting Monday.. My elbow and shoulder joints are kill for the most part ..

everybody I've talked to says it does...joint wise that is

as far as the back pain??? I guess that would depend on if it's spine related or muscle related-just a guess here

but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt

take this for what you think it's worth and call me a pussy if you will, but if your joints are killing you, stick to machines for a while (such as Hammer Strength) they are designed to take the stress off your joints and put it on your muscles-what the hell is the diff. as long as your going to failure

up the vitamin C and stick to machines for a while

better to do that than destroy the joints completely

just my 2 cents

Is vitamin C supposed to help with joints? At my age, I don't think it matters whether I'm using a machine or not, lol, I still get joint pain. Looks like I need to get myself some deca pronto.

yeah from my understanding, vitamin-C is the fuel that your tendons use

helps with the colagen reproduction also

you might want to try some Ostio-bioflex that stuff works wonders
